I recommend that you ask the creator of this add-on for help. Maybe he can also provide a bug fix for this add-on.
First you have to subscribe to the add-on "Galaxies Pack (NGC) V0.1.2". Then the file "GalaxiesTexturesNGCPack_V0.1.2" should be in one of the numbered folders in the directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content". This file is then copied and edited. Finally, move the edited copy of the file "GalaxiesTexturesNGCPack_V0.1.2" to the directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SpaceEngine\addons".
1. Make a copy of the GalaxiesTexturesNGCPack_V0.1.2.pak file.
2. Open the files in the "GalaxiesTexturesNGCPack_V0.1.2/models/galaxies" folder and change all "galaxies models" from "cfg" to "pst" file extension.
3. Now move these changed files in the "GalaxiesTexturesNGCPack_V0.1.2.pak" folder to the "addons" folder.
Can you also update your galaxy pack to the latest update?
IMPORTANT! Just in case, think about unsubscribing from the mod, then reinstall it to be sure that everything is properly downloaded again.
It's strange that in the previous version of Space Engine everything was working correctly but this time it's the good one! Thanks a lot sirius2029 !
(And winrar did not display it correctly on my side the space present in the name hence the fact that I did not see it)
I see there is a space in this file:
"NGC_ 922_sys.png" should not be like "NGC_922_sys.png"
This is shown in the log as a file not found. Maybe
the loading of the NGC 922 works then.
But it's true that I haven't worked on a V2 for a long time.
If you have suggestions of galaxies to propose (of course the images must exist in a sufficient quality), don't hesitate to submit them here !
