There are three cities that wants bricks, and there are three quarrys. But no a single construction material plant??
Many of these towns have IRL small underpasses under the stations or tracks just outside of the station. Brig has at least 3! But because of the way the game works creating this is a serious problem as they are in effect under the water level. So if you get it right first time (rare) then fine. Otherwise it can be a nightmare.
I don't have any experience in making maps, so this may be a silly suggestion. But could it be possible to set the water level 5 or even 10 metres lower. That way underpasses could be built without going under water. Just a thought for your future maps.

But be aware that this map is huge and will potentialy have a huge impact on performance
If you don't, I would like to take your heightmap to create an XL version with more industries that let the towns grow bigger...
