Ah yes I know; I've been playing with downforce on my GT3 cars and they handled it perfectly.
For some reason, even with all the downforce in the world, cars with this wing in particular always lifted off like Mark Webber.
Not news for tail lights on spoilers in general. Luckily, it's possible to rig them up to work, if you are willing to edit a Beam export. Add glow versions of the material on the spoiler and then add a glow line in the jbeam. If you're good with coordinates, you can even add a glow-spot.
