Head here:
SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\ProjectHospital\ProjectHospital_Data\StreamingAssets\Database, edit tweakables.xml, change the line:
<GameDBTweakableInt ID="TWEAKABLE_MAX_INSURANCE_COMPANIES"> <Value>3</Value> </GameDBTweakableInt> to whatever you'd like (i guess 5 to match the number of agencies normally). If you get Infectious Disease DLC or Tramua DLC, you'll need to edit the same field in the DLC files too (e.g. Project Hospital\ProjectHospital_Data\StreamingAssets\Addons\DLCInfectiousDiseases).
Usually the log would have this:
"Crash!!! SymInit: Symbol-SearchPath:" and a large stack trace output (e.g. https://imgur.com/QcRAXsT ). In the location you found the output.log, is there a folder called Crashes? E.g. C:/Users/Administrator/AppData/Local/Temp/Oxymoron Games/Project Hospital/Crashes? Are you getting any feedback from the computer or does the game just close?
I did remove DLCs so I could match the ones you have and even tried playing in German just to be sure but everything worked as intended. Unfortunately this might not be something I can fix as I just can't find any issues within the mod xml or replicate the problem sorry.
This is my log file: https://pastebin.com/h15m3y8s
Thx!
If you do get the chance, maybe try doing a clean install of the game or at the least, verify game cache. The mod is super simple so I honestly cannot see how it'd cause the issue described but if you have to go without this mod because it is causing you issues, you can always change the tweakables file in the game folder to change the insurance company limit yourself. The only real difference is your game wont have the 2 companies I added but you'd at least be able to expand your intake quite a bit by making that adjustment.
Try verifying your game files, check and see if unsubscribing to this mod prevents the crash and if all else fails, please provide a log so I can look into the issue as it doesn't appear to be this mod causing the problems from my end (C:\Users\*YOU*\AppData\LocalLow\Oxymoron Games\Project Hospital), called output_log.txt. You can use pastebin or whatever is easier to get it too me as it'll be too big for steam comments.
Let me know your mod list if possible, you may explain further or you could provide your save file (via any reputable file sharing website, like google drive,) and I can have a look into it for you.
Thanks!

There are instructions on how to manually install the mod coupled with the mod. You'll be able to install it this way and unsubscribe from the mod here.

Should be fairly straightforward, I'd recommend using Notepad++ to edit the file as it just makes it easier. Let me know if you need any help making adjustments.
Should be an easy fix, I'll just make first objective something that compliments this, thank you for the heads up and sorry for any inconvenience!
If you send me a text, then I can translate it into Russian. Then you can integrate my translation into your mod.
I designed the Progressive insurance mod to lead new players through each department with moderate rewards.
I must admit Medicare can be quite challenging to handle so many patients, so maybe the rewards are justified in that sense.
The sheer number of possible patients also requires considerable skill to manage so it does sound like you are one of those more experienced players. While considered feature complete, I do hope there is more I can add to this mod in the future, especially ways to make it more complicated and more fun. I am always open to feedback though.
Patients definitely shouldnt go home to wait for blood tests, sounds like either the clinic isnt open at night or they just waited too long and left. They'll definitely count as untreated though.
I can definitely look into but i am not sure i can add multiple conditions. Leave it too me and ill see what I can do.
RDI mostly focused on this, this was mainly so you couldn't smash through objectives though as this company does pay pretty well. Feedback early on noted that the mod felt too easy and paid too much too quickly.
I personally have never made a 9 department hospital, all my game time nowadays is spent on modding so I can't comment too much on how it holds up if added later on.
This mod was designed to make things a bit easier early though so it is more focused on the early start, your feedback means a lot though, I can definitely look at either making another insurance mod that would work better in this case or if we get UI scrolling soon, add more to this mod.
Hope this helps.
