And, please know you are on a old version of the map, new addons have been published with updates.
If you are confused as to how to set it up, Valve have a skylist up on their developer wiki, and there are plenty of lighting tutorials on the web. I'd personally recommend anything by "3kliksphilip" as his tutorials are simple, quick and easy to follow.
If you do have a light_environment in the map, then you probably have a leak, in which case you should load the pointfile and fix that, remember the entire map has to be enclosed for it to work.
I'm updating the map sometimes by posting a new one with the same name ! Just search "azeloik" on the workshop and you will see all my maps !
