I have encountered a bad bug in the game. I have Revoke Stance learnt as an innate skill, but I decided to respec into another class, removing warfare. I later decided to respec back into Venalguard, but now Revoke Stance has completely disappeared from my spellbook.

The game automatically unmemorized it for me because I took away my warfare, but due to it being an innate skill, I cannot re-memorize it. This means that now I have no way of revoking stances in combat, making the stances next to useless due to the debuffs they give. I either cycle through all three stances through combat, or don't use them at all. Please look into this, it destroys a significant part of the class.

Nice mod. But it would be nice if it were based off only warfare giving people more choice as to weapons. Also the husking should imo go through armor to be properly used the whole game.

I am enjoying this mod. I like it conceptually, and I also enjoy that it doesn't feel overtuned or inconsistent like some of the other class mods out there. My one complaint with the mod is that it doesn't really lend itself well to skill independence, meaning that I am unable to play as "just" a Venalgard, and have to supplement the class with skills from at least one other class. Now I tend to enjoy hybrid builds anyway, but what I'm really getting at here is that at least with the limited skillset you get at the beginning, the Venalgard doesn't feel self-sufficient. I should point out that I exclusively play in Tactician mode, so that probably has a lot to do with things. But even so, I would like Venalgard to be able to stand on it's own a bit more, and the biggest obstacle to this is just simply a lack of unique skills.

I'm not trying to be overly critical here, since I do really enjoy the mod. I'm just giving some feedback on my experience so far.

I can't seem to find the Impossible Odds stance book. I'm level 5, but the vendor doesn't have it yet. Any ideas?

The concept of this mod is spectacular however, it won't show up in the steamapps folder or the Larian Studios mod folder whatsoever.

So the mod is super cool in concept and fills an interesting roll by giving the melee dual wielder more nuance with the shifting of the stances. What is kind of a bummer though is this husk mechanic is almost not used at all. Husk is only applied by two skills one of which requires 16+ and 3 source points which means you almost never get to use it. This wouldn't be that big of a deal but your main source point finisher requires you to use it on a husked target which again you almost never really get unless you're holding jade sheath specifically to attempt to husk (25% chance I think).

Anyway good stuff over all.

HI, this mod looks very cool. I have subscribed and cannot find the mod on the in game mod list. I have searched all of my mods in Documents/Larian Studios folder and not seeing the mod in any of the Original Sin options. Any advice on how to get it installed, really wanna rock this class with my next play through, thank you!

When I download this mod, it will not appear in my definitive edition mod list. Instead it goes to classic. Can I please get some help. Would love to use this class on my new playthrough. Thanks.

can u plz change the skills that are scaling off of level and attribute to weapon dmg and correspondending weapon attribute (maybe with dmg penalty). its kind of confusing when you play a finesse based character and have skills that scale off of STR and deal no damage. thanks in advance.

there is something i dont understand if I consume a decaying on myself i still get damaged for the healing that it does. Is that intentional?

Great mod! Just as a very minor nitpick, you could still fill out the class template in the character selection screen and then it looks like it's always been part of the base game. The artwork is great.

@DSD just fyi, the zombies you are referring to are from a more enemies mod, they aren't there normally.

So, just a heads up: Your mod has a weird interaction with LaughingLeader's enemy Upgrade Overhaul mod. When you select the class at character creation, it gives the users Ambidextrous and Savage Sortilege. That's it. The only workaround so you don't get said abilities is to just select another class and reallocate the points and abilities.

It took quite some time. Being my first mod for this game I had to learn how the Divinity Engine worked and all its nuances.
