It might still function but you are better off not trying it, as I cant test to make sure its working as intended. I havent got the time anymore to update my mods unfortunately, but they are up for grabs if anyone wants to continue them and make their own versions, anyone is allowed to do anything with any part of any mod I made.

@anyndel, this mod doesnt work anymore, and disables the Vampire Coasts office system causing the game to crash.

Exactly as the previous post before me said.

Just a heads up: Sadly this mod doesn't work anymore with the current update. The mod also breaks the offices of the Vampire Coast. After you assign someone to one office (or click on the office) and then click on one of your cities or armies the game will crash.

Feel like 5 turns is too short for the cost, 10 turns could be better.

tested it now on 120 Turns, really like it! thx for uploading. is it perhaps possible to add loyalty Buff
if it dont break balance ? Sometimes i just wanna Stallement for some turms and all the Non Epic Admirals grumble to much:)

Thats odd, they are deducing for me, not sure what could be the problem. The way the dilemmas work should never allow for that given its set as required.

Oh this is perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. Also a great way of delaying the sea shanty captains from spawning when you're not ready.
