where's the ball?
Isn't in "object", right?
And how do I start a single player game?
Any vid to help plz?

Thank you for your comment! Unfortunately, there is currently no built-in feature to hide the scorecard in the game. However, you can try removing the UI element yourself by following these steps: go to Modding -> Scripting -> UI -> [UI] Global, select all the text and delete it, then press Save & Play. This should remove the scorecard from the game while you are playing solo.

Is there any way to hide the scorecard? When I'm playing solo I'd rather not have the stress of watching the stroke counter go up & up.

good

Yeah, if you look at the tools on the left side of the screen you should see that one of them is called Flick. Select that tool and simply hold the mouse and drag to flick a ball.
Zinédine Keegan 10 Aug, 2021 @ 9:57am
Seems real fun, but i don't know how to "flick" the balls? Is it one of the game keys?
iffixysantaph 9 May, 2021 @ 7:47pm
This version is WAY better than your first version. I really liked that I wasn't trying to put my ball in a hole on a hill. This feels way more like it should be. And I also really appreciated your scripting, especially as the first one didn't tell me what numbers I should be going for. I hope you continue to develop more holes for us.

Game keys can be found in the Options -> Game Keys at the top of the screen. There are a few options for ease of use you can bind keys to. To play it: simply grab a ball and place it at the start of hole 1. Use the flick tool to hit it into the holes.
VileYeti 4 Feb, 2021 @ 1:27pm
how to play in it? There is no game keys and can't understand how to set it up
Greenman 30 Dec, 2020 @ 7:47pm
Just found out you made more than one, great stuff my dude.

I love this mod, its a fucking riot, and be prepaired to hear, "Oh, god damn it" alot
Psyrek  [author] 17 Oct, 2020 @ 10:46pm
Hole 18 won't calculate strokes, it should only calculate the strokes based on where your ball ends up in the skee-ball area. As for hole 9 I can't say. Either way I'll
be sure to investigate it. Thanks for your feedback!

Although a lot more difficult than the other mini golf games made by this creative author, it's still fun. However, I noticed that the automatic score care and holes 9 and 18 don't work. With that said, please fix this issue when you get the chance.
milneciv 19 Sep, 2020 @ 3:19pm
No worries! We managed to work around it and get all of us up there so easy enough to make it work :)
Psyrek  [author] 19 Sep, 2020 @ 3:10pm
Thank you very much for the feedback. I'll go through that code thoroughly and see if I can isolate the issue. If I cannot, I'll do my best to come up with a solution for you guys. Sorry that it's causing some issues!
milneciv 19 Sep, 2020 @ 3:01pm
Hi! We encountered the same issue where only one person showed on the scoreboard at a time (we were playing across 3 accounts online). Figured out it changed who was shown whenever that person changed their colour.

Managed to work around it when all of us clicked to change our colours at the same time (so we were all unassigned and grey) and then clicked on our colours afterwards and we all appeared on the scoreboard. Hope this helps, really enjoyed playing!
Dakuan 19 Sep, 2020 @ 12:05am
Awesome! I'll try to get my friend to play again and we'll see if it replicates the scoring problem. Thanks!
Psyrek  [author] 18 Sep, 2020 @ 12:20pm
Dakaun - I've had no luck finding a solution to your issue with the score tracking but I did eliminate the error you recieved. I'll keep investigating to find it
Psyrek  [author] 16 Sep, 2020 @ 9:15pm
Well I never had the chance to track down the bug as I got quite busy. Things are quieting down and I might be able to take a look finally!
Psyrek  [author] 3 Aug, 2020 @ 9:24pm
Thank you. I'll take a look when I get home. That should help lots.
Dakuan 3 Aug, 2020 @ 9:08pm
Yes, I'm back and we've played, and if I place a ball down first, I'm tracked, and if my friend places a ball down first, she's tracked only. I've picked a color besides white even, and she usually picks purple, but it doesn't seem to matter.

I noticed this error when she joined into the game:

>Error in Script (Global) function <onPlayerConnect>: chunk_3:(2 19, 16-48): attempt to index a nil value

She's playing on a Mac, I'm on a PC. Thanks and I hope this helps.
Psyrek  [author] 30 Jul, 2020 @ 10:59am
No worries. I appreciate the feedback and will have a look over my code if I get the chance, just to make certain.
Dakuan 30 Jul, 2020 @ 10:52am
Next time we play, I will definitely let you know if this is it. I think I assigned everyone a color, but I don't remember certainly.
Psyrek  [author] 29 Jul, 2020 @ 5:49am
Out of curiosity were all the players assigned a color? The host is automatically assigned to the white color. But if the other players don't pick a color they won't be added into the scorecard and tracked.
Dakuan 28 Jul, 2020 @ 8:09pm
It's just the host (sorry for the delay).
Psyrek  [author] 20 Jul, 2020 @ 9:28am
This is strange. It works by monitoring when a golf ball is carried into a zone for a hole which encompasses the entire hole or when a golf ball is flicked by a player. When you open the score card are you seeing all the seated players in the list or is it just the host?
Dakuan 19 Jul, 2020 @ 8:54am
It is only keeping score for one of us. We tried playing furthest from hole plays first, and then we tried one person playing a hole to completion and it seems the scripting only tracks one player. Am I doing something wrong?
Psyrek  [author] 10 Apr, 2020 @ 8:01am
Thanks for the feedback guys. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Yeah, I was able to do more with the scripting as TTS matured, I can't wait to see what features I'll be able to utilize in the future.
TripCharge 10 Apr, 2020 @ 12:25am
Real fun times and well scripted too
LandCorgi 10 Apr, 2020 @ 12:23am
One of the best workshop games for Tabletop Sim. Very impressed with the scripts and quality of the game. Even better than the original!
Psyrek  [author] 25 Mar, 2020 @ 8:54am
I never designed this with hotseat in mind. I'll see about making this hotseat compatible when I am able.
Guardiaan_Angel 25 Mar, 2020 @ 4:41am
Hello everyone. Is there a way to play this on hot seat and can somebody take me through the process of how to switch between players? Nothing I tried seems to work and I am getting a bit mad over it.
Psyrek  [author] 23 Mar, 2020 @ 7:19pm
Thanks you, I'll be sure to make more in the future I'm certain!
TetRic 23 Mar, 2020 @ 1:25pm
This has improved quite a bit over the last one, the overall appearance is a lot more... appealing per say.

Keep it up, and hope to see more courses!

Thank you much for such a quick response! I'm checking this out right now.

I learned everything from the official API as well as leaning LUA in general. Send me a friend request and I can try to help you on specifics.

Hey @Psyrek, this is great! Fun game too! I was wondering if you'd be willing to share where to learn scripting a scorecard. I'm working on a card/dice golf game and need help finding useful info.
Thanks in advance!
Psyrek  [author] 27 Dec, 2019 @ 9:30pm
[Update]
Fixed Hole 12 not diplaying hole number
Reworked sand physics, should behave better
Added Toggle Scorecard button to the bottom bar as an alternative to the Game Keys option
Modified the greeting message to include the Game Keys feature
Psyrek  [author] 22 Dec, 2019 @ 7:02pm
Thanks! I really appreciate that. I'll keep trying to come up with more ideas for the workshop, no worries there.
Sethja8 22 Dec, 2019 @ 11:36am
Your work is legitimately fantastic and you've produced multiple top-tier gems that are underappreciated in the TTS workshop community. Thanks much!
