I actually toured this prison before it opened

I can see this building from my house, no i'm not joking. I can walk to my balcony and look right and a damn prison lol

what kind of road is required as I tried it on small road and a large and will not allow it to be placed?

Looks great! You should maybe think about using a better roof texture. Or at least making it's diffuse texture less bright...
