The trolley fix appears to be incompatible with the updated models from the recent update. When I load a save that includes the trolleys from this mod, the game shows a dialog saying "This savegame contains vehicles for which improved models are available due to a game update", and the "Update Models" button replaces this mod's trolleys with vanilla trolleys with 4 kw power.

So in a 2-car consist you'd be making 2400hp total with all wheels powered.

Well, if this clarifies anything, the real metroliner (per axle) had 300hp Westinghouse traction motors making approx 1200hp per car. Not sure what that is in kilowatts.
