Yea I found out it's not managed after playing with it for a bit, I can see in the XML defs there's no parameters defined like season, commonality or tensetrue/false.

I'm making a local copy for personal use which is a bit more refined (for example setting Ashes to only play during winter and "Faithless" only during combat), tis just a quick edit of the xml defs.

Either i'm dumb, or i don't see Engaged on here. That WAS a halo reach song, right? The one when the group of elietes kidnap the marine and the lady at the end of Winter Contingiency?
