Thanks for quick fix. I will try it again.

First of all, thank you so much for pointing out the issue. Second, a big apology for the same. Third, updated the asset. Hope this will solve the problem. :-)

Reporting same as @swmartijn. Three other buildings also come attached with this asset. Yes, your building is the main one placed on the road, but at some distance behind it is a zoned generic factory building, the special garbage facility building from Monuments, and to the left of your building a little way down the road are a group of free floating windows - the rest of that building obviously missing. You need to place your asset on a massive open space to see them all. If placing on a road in a built-up neighbourhood you are likely to miss seeing the attached buildings and think the asset is fine. Though not spotting that giant garbage facility you'd have to be somewhat blind. Unless it gets lost in among a sea of residential towers or something. Try placing asset in wide open area, you'll soon see the extra buildings.

As of now I didn’t face any conflict, you can check my mod collection to see what I use, then it will be easy to understand if any mod conflicts. Normally the building will come under Unique Factory tab of the Industries DLC. Please do let me know if the problem remains.

When I try to place the building, it places a collection of random buildings (I believe one is a wood chip factory) and floating windows as well. In an area of >20x20. Not sure if something's wrong with the asset or if it's just conflicting with other mods/assets.

Yes.... the uv mapping & unwrapping held me back for quite sometime, making 3d models is very tricky that too for someone like me who’s just starting out. I hope I’ll keep getting support and inspiration from all the wonderful people like you. thank you

Hahaha... I'm not saying I don't use GiometryE's assets at all, but really... really sparsely. Same with fantastic MrMaison's nature assets - avoiding them as much as possible and using occasionally only.

@Mr.Planner - I'm sure you will learn about LODs too and hopefully you will be able to update your assets made until that point. I'm amazed that you make assets - I stopped learning how to make them at some point involving unwrapping. Need to get back to it.

Well, I try to maintain a decent tris but still not making custom LODs, thus except the Temple content, most of the models are designed such that they don’t look awkward with the game’s default LOD calculations..... I’m yet to lay my hands on custom LODs, until then one can use the fantastic Ultimate Level of Detail mod to have a better look from long distance. :-)

"BrowncoatTrekky - I don't think there is much i missed on the workshop as I went through quite a few good times.

I am avoiding GiometryE for one reason - he just doesn't care about tris count and it's always huge in his assets. They are great looking because of this... but I'm not sure about my PC. Don't know why he doesn't do like KHrysler - great stuff with low poly count too. I have Khrysler in my favs ;)
Mr.Planner  [author] 26 Dec, 2019 @ 8:57pm
Yes they all are extremely inspirational

Believe this project would compliment this asset. @macluk check out the work by such authors as Khrysler and GiometryE to name a few.

When constructing a building, there are objects that are not included in the example map, such as the recycle bin of the monument
macluk 26 Dec, 2019 @ 4:42am
We will, we will :)
Absolutely great!
I wonder if someone is gonna make some sort of XIX century style buildings... or older :)
Mr.Planner  [author] 26 Dec, 2019 @ 3:11am
One can use this building as a part of a larger film city complex. More buildings to come. :-)
macluk 26 Dec, 2019 @ 1:30am
Not a film studio complex... just movie mass production ;)
