Over-beefed. OP and fairly gamebreaking. I shouldn't be able to haul 14 full tankers up a steep grade in 1880

I've done a little racing with this loco, your Midland Spinner and No. 123, and I can't help but feel like the stat tweaks spoil the Stirling a little.

The top speed in-game has actually ended up at 70 mph, not 75 - so she has nothing on the two much later singles for lighter high speed work - but she's actually considerably more powerful above 50 mph, which doesn't feel right to me given the 20 year age gap.

Perhaps a second loco might be nice - either as a second mod or an update to this one - with the 90 speed limit and the more realistic stats for people looking to have it be a little more authentic?
