Pixelmon took assets from pokemon an at the time it was okay until they enforced it

Nintendo and Game freak could do so if i stole anything from their game, pixelmon was canceled cause they stole models from pokemon games, the particle is from a different resource, not from any pokemon game, meaning that the resource is given out for free or either made by the one who made the particle, serving the purpose this is commonly like a fan art/ fan particle or whatever, it may reference to pokemon but its not taking any assets from them

well that WAS released in 2017 nintendo didnt have that big of a problem back then hell they canceled pixelmon and other stuff just cause a new pokemon game was coming out
