I haven't been able to find this on the steam workshop without using chrome, so I hope someone can save the files for this mod for re-upload in the case it gets removed
(honestly the best stage I've seen in the RoA workshop so far)

I think the ost is Ran's theme from Touhou FDF II; you could probably find it on youtube.

Alphy, Hikaru is already playable and her boss battle is so good!!! You can even defeat her in pacifist style. You can check it out in Adam Carra's latest video where he praises some original characters on the workshop!
