It was probably either the car was built wrong and used too many heavy materials or the game went funny and disabled all the switches on the truck. Ive used it plenty of times myself and it works just fine.

how then because i attached a hitch on the bottom of a vehicle and attached it to the truck and i wouldnt lift becuase a small car was too heavy

It can if you used it right. I pulled a entire 48ft box trailer with no problems.

the front looks empty but that bumper isnt the stock one its the one they put on the impound trucks, its basically a steel plow
