@Pokemon Noob Well, I'm no expert in the politics of your country or the politics of EU, and I won't claim to be.. From what I've learned from talking with friends who live in the Netherlands, it is a highly consumerist country, with great welfare and intelligent administration. They also pose as a very large supporter of the EU's Economy, as they are a member of a lucrative trade union in the North Sea. Overall, they seem like they're doing pretty well for a country based in lowlands at the size of just 41,543 Kilometers, squared that is. Feel free to tell me if I'm absolutely wrong.

This mod is not fully correct. The budget is really off versus reality and some policies that are enacted in real life are not there from the start (e.g. liquor/alchol tax).

About the PVV,

The PVV is a central-nationalist party. Their policies are a mixture of both traditional capitalist and socialist ideas (liberalisation of the market while some main services are fully nationalised). Besides that the party is one of the few which puts the nation and it's values above other countries, unlike D66 which loves to whore itself out to the neighbouring countries and the US.

@Sikke van der Veer The PVV party is not right wing socialism but right wing liberalism. Socialism is exactly what we as PVV voters oppose.

I live in the Netherlands and this mod is just NOT logical at all. At first: there are no riots in the cities. Second: there are more than 6 parties in the opposition and always more than one party in the cabinet. So there are not 2 groups trying to get votes: there are about 8 of them. A bit sad if you ask me.

Sadly, in the Netherlands we have a political debate about "Marokkanenprobleem" which means Moroccanproblem, this term is often used by Geert Wilders, who leads the PVV, Right-Wing Socialist party. We do have a high crime count when it comes to race (or muslims for that matter) and crime issues according to the politicians and the media. And we have the occassional demonstrations that lead to some arrests, but we do NOT have Riots, as @RoosSkywalker said. And yes we do have Anti-discrimination policy.

As a Dutch citizen I would like to say that there are currently no Intercity Riots. Also, the Netherlands do enforce an anti-discrimination policy. When playing the Netherlands, I noticed this policy wasn't present yet and there were also riots.

Does the netherlands really have this much racial and crime issues?

2.it would also be nice if you could involve the caribbean islands.
3.and because the hague is the worlds legal capital (all the international courts) it would be cool is you could subsidize them which would be good for your international relations.
4.the port of rotterdam for better trade.
5.kingsday,sinterklaas maybe something?
6.subsidizing museums like the rijksmuseum for better education and more tourism.
7.subsidizing sports like football for better health and happier youth.

Just wanted to add you're missing a compass flag icon (the modding guide doesn't really mention it either), I refurbished one from the French flag, so leave me a message if you want it.

Not yet tested, since you need election victories for the icon to show up, but it should probably work.

The Fishcake Buffet, while I was looking to see what was crashing Democracy 3, I started poking around the mod files. Then I noticed that Water Board Funding is supposed to effect state employees and environmentalists but it doesn't.
The coding is supposed to be ,"StateEmployees,0.03+(0.06*x)",

At 'Yourself' Wales comes under the UK which is already playable and will be rather simuler in it's playability if i'm honest.

Sorry I will try tot translate my message. I think it will be fun to make something with the fear for the sea, with dykes and 'waterschappen': that are local organisations wish check the waterworks, if they can resist strong weather.

With a mac it is impossible to use steam mods. Can you make the file available somewhere else?
