while i do condone the message of this level, i strongly advise any casual player to avoid this because of it's extreme difficulty - mostly due to enemy placement, massive windows, wide spaces, and shitload of dodgers

Excellent level other than a few things. The visuals are amazing. Great unique sprites, even a unique title cards for the level. Challenging level design that isn’t easy but isn’t impossible (until the end). However it isn’t all good.
The 3rd floor was pretty annoying to deal with, to the point of having to play like it’s a stealth game. However, oh boy, that doesn’t mean even come close to the end.

The exit segment is genuinely the worst moment of any Hotline Miami map I have ever played, official or fanmade.
I’m not using hyperbole. It is genuinely the most unfair difficult for the sake of difficult bullshit I’ve ever faced in a game. It makes the shitpost maps I’d make in Far Cry just to mess with my friends look tame. I’m a fan of Rob’s work and it baffles me why he’d make such a horribly designed ending to a level. I’m guessing it’s just to troll people. How he even managed to beat this and get this onto the workshop is a mystery to me.

is it even possible to leave the island? i literally spawn in front of 2 armed guys and an obese dude, is this a glitch or incredibly bad level design?

Based and extremely redpilled. One of the weirdest but fun/tongue-in-cheek campaigns I've played, with some cool difficulty to boot. Definite download for whoever is in doubt.

Good shit, requiring quick reflexes and for you to leave with a gun most transitions so you have a better shot(unless more skilled players can do it with melee, as I am not skilled I will admit) and a development in this timeline hopping saga.

Just what is Evan-Zero planning. You got me hooked thats for sure.Only thing that sucked was the music of the level as I believe it didnt fit the epic mission of putting a pedo down and escaping the CIA alive, but thats always fixed with you putting on your own music.
