Thanks david :)

@ RedDeath_Falls what would be really cool is if people learned and used the in-game editor to install any engine they want instead of bothering mod makers to do their work for them. It's not up to Nick to please users with uncommon features. We're lucky he shares his work with us at all. :)

Ur funny pal. I don't make mods with the mind to share them anyways. I do them for myself and I publish them to never lose them on a failed harddrive n stuff haha
aogrady1709 17 May, 2020 @ 11:16am
in real life
Nicks Speedshop  [author] 17 May, 2020 @ 4:46am
Nah not going to allow putting in something else than a V8. Every V8 is fine for realisim and for muscle car guy ethics too. Seeing a V10 or something like that in a muscle car hurts lol
aogrady1709 13 Apr, 2020 @ 8:02am
you guys know more about cars tan i do and i want to start my own bike customizing thing for pedal bikes so what do you think?
Nicks Speedshop  [author] 13 Apr, 2020 @ 5:47am
Hell yeah!! I think the same, I plan to do a 72 Duster and a 71 Demon.
Warpig 12 Apr, 2020 @ 10:07pm
Very Nice. Love the A-body Cuda's.
I do have an A-body, it's the later iteration a 1973 Plymouth Duster. I'm surprised no one has done any yet, especially the 1970-72 Plymouth Dusters or Dodge Demons since the late A-bodies (1970-76) are gaining popularity.

Nicks Speedshop  [author] 31 Mar, 2020 @ 3:30pm
Thanks man!

Silvercadillac 18 Jan, 2020 @ 3:11am
Hey, is it possible if you could make a 1958 Edsel Citation
Nicks Speedshop  [author] 9 Jan, 2020 @ 12:40pm
Cool! My plans for the Firebird are getting it registered as fast as possible when I have it. Then try to restore everything beside just getting it roadworthy. I want to daily drive it and hot rod it when I have soem money for that. Put in a 305 smallblock and try to make it sound as badass as possible. But I also want the 305 to be a economy build because fuel is expensive as fuck over here and daily driving a V8 is kinda stupid in germany. I also want to put cragars onto it, maybe BF Goodrich tires. Paint it atlantic blue add a bird decal to the hood, get the ass up a bit, darken out the taillights and put on small chrome sidepipes.
david 9 Jan, 2020 @ 12:14pm
Those Firebirds are awesome! I paid $400 for the GTO from a friend. Sister had a few Firebirds and Trans Am. My baby was a '73 Lemans GT Sport Coupe. I dropped a 396 with 4 bolt main and Muncie M21 into it. Wasn't any faster (big car) but sounded great. Frame mounts didn't line up so eye-balled it and welded in place. Everyone said it wouldn't work, but it did. Fastest top end was '72 Plymouth Satellite with 383 Police Interceptor - had it up to 160MPH and ran out of road, front end starting to bounce off the road lol. :)
Nicks Speedshop  [author] 9 Jan, 2020 @ 12:03pm
Awesome! Well I am the new generation of gearheads I guess. Still gotta learn and I don't even own a car yet and since I am german its hard to get a american classic as your first car but I am trying to get a 91' Firebird with T-Tops as my first car and maybe I'll hot rod that thing someday.
david 9 Jan, 2020 @ 11:59am
I had a '71 Charger with 383 but it was a dog lol. Wish I'd had a '68. I'm more of a Keystone Classic kinda guy but I like the BF Goodrich tires or Mickey Thompson (had M/T M50s on my Cuda and GTO). The list of muscle cars I had back in the day is pretty long - mostly Mopars and Pontiacs. My first car was a '65 GTO with blue printed 389 and Muncie M21. That car did wheelies with M/T low profile M-50s and and why I lost it, folding front end fell apart and no one had parts so left on side of road in San Diego in '77 while in USMC. :)
Nicks Speedshop  [author] 9 Jan, 2020 @ 11:03am
When I win the lottery my list of cars is too long but I'd probably buy a 71' Charger put in a 426 HEMI with a crossram intake and holley carbs. Put on slotmags or cragars, give it some rake put on BF Goodrich tires and rip through the streets. Or I simply build a replica of supernaturals 67' Chevy Impala
david 9 Jan, 2020 @ 10:31am
To each their own. I like a combination. When I win the lottery I'll buy '68 or '69 Camaro with 427 and (another) '70 Hemi Cuda - both will have 4 speed Muncie M22, modern suspensions and brakes, modern gauges, and air conditioning. :)
Nicks Speedshop  [author] 8 Jan, 2020 @ 3:01pm
Don't like modern stuff that includes engines. Old-school stuff kicks ass
david 8 Jan, 2020 @ 2:39pm
Oh, and I did drop a supercharged Hemi into it just because... why not? Hemi Supercharger
720HP (stock) engine_v8_62hemi. Now she should do wheelies? :)
david 8 Jan, 2020 @ 2:34pm
lol, when that's the only flaw I can find it's very well done. :)
Nicks Speedshop  [author] 8 Jan, 2020 @ 2:24pm
My editor was broke lol
david 8 Jan, 2020 @ 2:20pm
Don't misunderstand, I fully appreciate your work. But strange build. The drive shaft was not lined up, usually a quick fix in game editor for me. But instead of having it listed under "driveshaft" as every other game car and mod I've seen (200+), it was listed under parts/driveshaft. I could not create a regular drive shaft, only DS which doesn't fit at all. With either DS or your setup, Y axis at 0 puts it perpendicular to the car body. WTF?!? Y axis = 0 or 360 should be lined up fairly straight with body (sometimes 359.x to be perfect). I was able to line it up but you may want to see how others are doing driveshafts for your future builds. Thanks!
dave's games 7 Jan, 2020 @ 3:43pm
i had the game since it frist came out you can,t do wheelies in the game
Ducky Wucky 7 Jan, 2020 @ 12:52pm
@Nick's Speedshop mine was 900, I had a Plymouth Wagon at almost 1000 that wheelied, but it's possible
Nicks Speedshop  [author] 7 Jan, 2020 @ 5:30am
Yeah I never saw a car wheelie ingame too
david 7 Jan, 2020 @ 2:43am
@ Nick's Speedshop very nice, thanks! In real life less than 600HP will do wheelies with the right tires on many RWD cars. In game I've had over 1600HP with widest slicks and racing tires possible (450) and never seen a wheelie in game. Until I see screenshots as proof, it can't be done. :)
Mongrel 6 Jan, 2020 @ 9:05pm
Awesome job love your work, if you could do a 1970/71 Ford Torino with the hideaway grill you'd be a true-blue legend!
Wildwolf22 4 Jan, 2020 @ 7:08pm
i'd love to see someone do a 1970 plymouth barracuda with the similar body style of the 71 plymouth cuda from the Plymouth DLC but the fast and furious AAR style
Nicks Speedshop  [author] 4 Jan, 2020 @ 4:03pm
How much we talking? 850+?
Ducky Wucky 4 Jan, 2020 @ 1:47pm
@Nick's Speedshop a ton of horsepower tends to work
iwlbcnu 3 Jan, 2020 @ 4:37pm
could you possibly do a 1966-67 ford fairlane? thanks
Nicks Speedshop  [author] 3 Jan, 2020 @ 3:02pm
How in hell do you pull wheelies in this game!?
Ducky Wucky 3 Jan, 2020 @ 11:47am
I made one of these that can do wheelies, and I launched it off of a barrier, send help
Nicks Speedshop  [author] 2 Jan, 2020 @ 2:28pm
Yeah I planned to do them. Already found good models..
merle.antony 2 Jan, 2020 @ 11:55am
wonderful mod!!! great mopar:steamhappy: plymouth duster or dodge demon 70 it's possible?
Capt. Carrot 2 Jan, 2020 @ 2:22am
You have either used the wrong steering knuckles or the wrong front suspension crossmember.

The steering rack is at the front of the crossmember but the inner and outer tie rods are attached to knuckles designed for a steering rack mounted at the rear of the crossmember.
