I can not remember, but I think the center of the backs is a conveyor port.

hey, i have a question on how the hydrazine thrusters work, so i was wondering on how im supposed to get the processors working, to be more specific how do i connect them to the hydrazine tanks? like does it need to be directly touching the tanks or use some form of conveyor to pump it into it like a normal hydrogen one? ive been wondering this for a while now and i cant find any other information on this mod on the internet. Thank you in advance

With that being said though, how is it that the nitrogen thrusters seem to put out more power than the hydrogen thrusters?? i dont think that makes a whole lot of sense.

Thats pretty much my only issue with it though.
Though the nitrogen assembler and nitrogen refinery seem a bit strange to me (unless the nitrogen is simply acting as a coolant, which actually wouldnt work as well as u think it would.)

Apart from all that though, good mod indeed.
Though i might wanna tweak some things if i still decide to do that package i wanna do using ur mods
again with ur permission first.

Now nitrogen engines and thrusters i can sort of understand, given that such things as Cold Gas Propulsion is actually a thing
And yes there are even some cars out there that use nitrogen as fuel
However not in the conventional sense, the nitrogen doesnt burn to push pistons around, but is instead heated and drives a turbine. In the case of the thrusters, same thing, expanding gas basically, nothing burns.

Ok so now that ive given this mod a proper go.
It actually really cool. The hydrozine Thrusters look amazing!

the fact that u can make Hydrozine is awesome
Though i dont understand why u couldnt make it out of Solid Nitrogen and Solid Hydrogen (from Therno) as well as with ice (as in optional, less yield maybe)

A couple other things didnt make a whole lot of sense, at least to me

about the load order, why do you don't just change the name of the mods ?
by default mods load in alphabetical order
that would solve the need to change the order manually

It's a great looking mod btw, besides this. You did a great job on the planet and general balance of the added components (I think, haven't tried in survival yet)

It's just the hydrozen thrusters that do this.

I'm no programmer, but it looks to me like some sort of graphic integer overflow problem. Maybe the brightness (or some other color value) is just high enough that it's fine while idling but when the thruster fires, it adds a modifier to the value that increases and overloads it, thus showing solid black. Yes, probably a Keen issue but you might be able to work around it by lowering one of the values of the thruster flame.

I've had this problem with stuff other than thrusters before. These thrusters have no special effects that would cause this, the flames are just recolored hydrogen flames with a longer flame distance and the rest of the thruster is just a model. It seems to happen with random things. I've experienced this with the sun, voxels, thruster flames, and atmospheres so far so I'm pretty sure that this is a keen bug.

Also I've never had this issue with any other thruster, so I doubt it's a standard SE bug. I'm running a GTX 980Ti btw.

I don't think is solely a post processing issue. I still get black spots when turning it off, just significantly reduced to a tolerable level. It kinda looks like maybe the thrusters have a black "shine" that PP picks up and amplifies into a large bloom making the giant black octagons.

I was, but I took it off and it didn't affect it. It was Reduced Bloom, which uses post processing.

The hydrazine (haven't tested the nitrus ones) thrusters have a giant black octagon that appears over them when thrust is applied. Like a giant decal.

oh you are probably looking at the nitrogen thrusters instead of the hydrazine thrusters. the nitrogen thrusters are less powerful thrusters that only use low amounts of nitrogen. the hydrazine thrusters are very powerful thrusters that use hydrazine, which is created in a hydrazine processor using hydrogen and nitrogen, this is what is stored in the Hydrazine tanks.

if you install the planet without this then the surface will be replaced with stone and stick out from the purpleness. This mod is dependant on that mod becuase that mod is the source of the fuel for this mod.

why is your planet dependent on this? and why is this dependent on your planet? the two should be separate from one another - one is a planet and one is a block/ore mod. I tend to avoid ore mods and thruster mods...so I'm really not interested in having this, but I do dig the big purple gas giant, thats kinda cool. Can I install the planet without this?

the problem isn't even being scientifically incorrect, just how much so it is; at this point ya may as well use plotogen.
also, earth andmost known earth-like planets have mostly nitrogen atmospheres, so science aside, ya should be able to get nitrogen with vents.

ya may not give half a shit to science, but when it is that far from it, on top of being poweful enough to render everything else in the game obsolete, that's a huge turn off for a lot of people

if you removed this mod alone then that is the issue. If you remove this mod without deleting Zeuitor from the world first then the game has to replace an entire moon of voxels with stone since the surface of Zeuitor is made of a voxel from this mod.

At first it was just "see what we can cut", then removing this mod alone made the server use half of the ram. I'm not sure what exactly was going on, but that is the effect I could see.

what kind of performance reasons? also if you remove this mod make sure to also get rid of zeuitor at the same time before trying to load it.

cause appears to be a result of the mods being picky pn there placemnet order on the mod list as I got it working just fibe once i moved it under the planet mod its self

from some testing it appears placing the Nitrogen Generator crashes the game for me
