What is the difference between this and the "non original" one uploaded by this same author?

Also, it would be nice if there was a mod that just adds tiny buildings from each faction over the original one, like how it looks in the image instead of going all the way up to building a huge Empire castle over the dwarf building.

Oh cool, I just noticed this version! It's great to have variety, thank you very much for uploading :)
Flames of Icarus 17 Aug, 2020 @ 1:10pm
Same. I would love a mod that puts Dwarf towns back to dwarf settlements.
xXGamerGirl47Xx 8 Jun, 2020 @ 7:06am
Is there a version of this mod that just 'de-orcifies' orc settlements when the dwarfs take them?
Mumm-Ra 28 May, 2020 @ 1:16pm
also, how does this effect GCCM main mod when they included two Settlement Packs? since then, they've included it in their main mod. sorry just trying to clarify. i forget if these are the same ones Cheese included in his mod or not. i'd suggest putting this info in the description as well because many people, including my self have stepped away and probably played other games and/or Three Kingdoms.

GCCM: Settlement Pack 01 [INCLUDED IN MAIN MOD] (now obsolete)

Thanks for the response, I probably worded my question a bit wrong. I was more musing if it was possible, but I will do!
Mr. Totally War  [author] 26 May, 2020 @ 3:39pm
@Alyx Vilk

its doesn't work like that, its quite complicated to explain but bear with this mod for now
Babbahermeeni 26 May, 2020 @ 9:14am
@Mr. Totally War great mod, however I have the same issue as others and don't like the double layering of towns. I know this isn't something that can just be changed without access to the actual engine and source code, but as a work around have you considered making all towns ruins and then having the new settlement layered on top? It wouldn't fix the fps, but it could make it look better? :)
Peaceoutindexdown 22 May, 2020 @ 12:47am
@Mr. Totally War it does work, thanks for keeping this mod alive! : D
Mr. Totally War  [author] 21 May, 2020 @ 11:58pm
no need to update but updated the title to know people this mod working on newest patch
enjoy...
mead 1 May, 2020 @ 3:29pm
Can you make a mod that completely removes the old owner's cultural settlement ? I don't want it two layered. Is it possible ?
Clive Hawkins 17 Apr, 2020 @ 5:00pm
Does this version of the mod fix the problem in the original where the new Forts added to the Empire are broken if using this mod?
Casval 29 Feb, 2020 @ 2:09pm
Is there a way to remove the ork effigies all over Karak Eight peaks once you conquer it? The mod seems to be working fine on all other settlements except for Karak Eight Peaks for some reason. I conquered it as Clan Angrund but the settlement is covered with ork effigies all over. Marienburg is now proper and dwarven tho. hehe
Bishop-Six 2 Feb, 2020 @ 1:44am
Perfect!

Great mod
Mr. Totally War  [author] 4 Jan, 2020 @ 4:25am
@Fenris

As far as I know, they cant do that...

@ilkerkaraca_7

see my comment bellow yours
Fenris 4 Jan, 2020 @ 2:49am
Question: does the engine or community mod framework support matching the settlement gfx by size (meaning large to large, medium to medium, small to small)? I noted that each version of this only uses one size for the replacement.
ilkerkaraca_7 3 Jan, 2020 @ 12:43pm
I want to see dwarf settlements skins. Only dwarf not greendwarfskins.
Mr. Totally War  [author] 3 Jan, 2020 @ 4:30am
@Lugalzagesi

yup that the point of this mods, some settlement look great when fuse together like HE with DE and some look kinda weird, its modding limitation at this point so I cant completely replace the foreign culture settlement to your own settlement culture but I can overlay them together so its like making hybrid between them
Shulgi 3 Jan, 2020 @ 3:02am
Is it normal to have cultural settlements one an an other? For example playing lizardmen I want temple for cities I have conquered like chupayolt whcich have a skin of dark elfes. With the mod I have a mix of temple on DE cities which look not so great.
CS_Dark 2 Jan, 2020 @ 10:25pm
If I'm right on this in the original mod no matter what city was captured (capital or minor settlement) it always had a capital overlay over it. This mod will put a minor settlement overlay over minor settlement instead of a capital overlay over everyone.
CS_Dark 2 Jan, 2020 @ 10:20pm
Aww yeah, thank you for this my man.
Dragon32 2 Jan, 2020 @ 12:05pm
My understanding is that this mod should be used instead of "Cultural Settlement Skins (The Shadow & The Blade Update)" and "Cultural Settlement Skins - Larger Buildings (The Shadow & The Blade Update)".

Those two mods have to be used together and always adds the conquering faction's large settlement model to the conquered settlement

This uses the settlement model of the conquering faction appropriate to the conquered settlement
Kaybern 2 Jan, 2020 @ 11:39am
Does this one work in conjunction with the “bigger settlement skin” version?
FlashMash 2 Jan, 2020 @ 10:37am
Thanks!
DuriathHelbaine 2 Jan, 2020 @ 10:18am
Thanks a lot !
Blade 2 Jan, 2020 @ 9:10am
Glad to see this new version. I could directly use this one instead of your two old version mods right? But what's the main differences between this one and your two originals?
