Thanks for the answer...i'm using as RICO...the lack of costumers would mean that ppl can't get in...but is really close to the road...so it's acessible

@Kron I added a screenshot with stats if you use it as Unique Building. And in the description the RICO settings.

i have not downvoted your asset but i am having issues with it...it's the only commercial building I have that complains about not enough costumers when it's dead centre of a 20000 city...any info would be helpful.....great looking asset otherwise!! thanks!

Would be nice to get the chance to know why you downvoted my asset. Maybe I can make something better, but without a comment I dont know whats wrong with it.
