ah, knew the r part, but, and i know, this is very, very late, but i believe that the ammo wont load. like, wont load into my inventory

Is it possible to make a artillery peace were you can aim for a long distance, like if i where to have one in the middle of Moscow i could fire it at the fire watch base using a GPS or mapping system that gives me a idea of where i am fireing on. Basically what i am saying is that is there a way to aim long distances effectively.
