You should be able to update the icon by putting this in command prompt :^)
gmpublish update -addon "file path of yo motha fuckin .gma" -icon "file path of yo motha fuckin icon.jpg" -id "theidnumber" -changes "writewhateveryouwanthere"
If you use one of those dumb programs that does the uploading shit for you then u smell :^)
