any plans to update?

Hi all, we're afraid it will be for the best to mark this mod as incompatible for now, as it still breaks a few diagnoses and as a result some patients can't be treated. @Liingon - if you get to update the mod in the future, please let us know, we;ll be happy to set it back as visible straight away.

letting you know that you need to add the proper treatment for chronic fatigue syndrome located in the ModDiagnosisER.xml. devs recently changed cfs so that its treated by doctor recommendations now. without the change, cfs is unable to be treated and patients will leave.

Hi @Bob, I'd recommend just tweaking all the insurance companies to have 50% more payment, that way it effects all diagnosis in the game without touching the diagnosis code (and much less effort). Shouldn't conflict with mods that add insurance companies either.

It would be nice to get some sort of response from Liigon. In the mean time, I've dumped it. I'm sure I can figure out how to do this via the appropriate XML files. Sad when an author abandons us.

Hi @Linngon, just a heaps up that the latest version of Project Hospital has disabled some of the internal medicine diagnosis but this mod is overriding that code and re-enabling them. Mainly an issue with surgery based diagnosis from IM as that department no longer has surgery.
You might also want to note in your description that this mod will conflict with Butch's Realistic Collapse and Disease Incident mod, since you are overriding the same diagnosis code.

@Drew77: It works for me, I have added an image of before and after the mod is activated. The easiest way to check if it works is to load a save with and without the mod and compare the payouts of different diagnoses. Let me know if the values doesn't change and I'll look into it more!
