thanks for keeping this thread alive, and thank you for your endorsements!
Steam ships: probably not any time soon. I have another script-heavy project, but haven't found any time to continue on it lately.
As for the generator: there are three steps you need to complete.
1. Turn on the Generator Master Switch
2. Open the fuel valve (key button left of the generator)
3. Turn on the Generator ON/OFF switch
Sure you didn't miss one? ;)
Incredible work!
1. Generator Master Switch
2. Generator Fuel Valve
3. Generator ON/OFF switch
Then head to the electrical panel and turn on the generator cut-in. The power gauge should read around 50 kW.
Make sure that there's Diesel in the aft. tanks!
@LenTheButcher: I've been working on this on and off for about 2 months.
Could you please try again?
The main purpose of the short-range is to operate the refueling cranes.
As for the breakers, see below. Thanks for letting me know!
@Talia Kuznetsova(Snugglisan~): Could you be more specific, please? Which radio and what's not working? I'll get to it when I know more :)
@Michael Kachyckyj: thanks! I like them a lot as well. Leave a link to your creation when it's up, I'd like to check it out!
I just read your comments and as a result updated the electrical circuit of the Cinti. The doors are now hooked up to the battery, which should fix your problem with the Megalodon locking you out.
@Talia Kuznetsova(Snugglisan~): As I wrote: use it all, I want to see what you come up with! If you want to credit me, you can, but I really, really don't care. But it would be nice if you could post another comment here to let me know, so I can check it out.
@♠ℜΘß♠๖ÿáĥèll™(HELL): wow, that is odd. The engine control is just simple PD controller, it shouldn't behave that way. Was the sea very choppy? I.e. did the screw get out of the water a lot? That'd be the only reason for this behavior I can think of.
@arturas.andziulis.jr: nice idea. I don't think I can fit it on this ship. Cinti might be a bit too tiny for something like that.
