@OldPayphone Overthrow Community Edition is a continuation of this version that is still being worked on. I would suggest using that version instead.

Mod doesn't even work. Game crashed during the tutorial. I try again and I go to the weapon dealer and he says he will give me a gun but he doesn't. Game says to go sell something to some civilian but I don't even have anything on me. I go back to the dealer to buy a gun and the game won't even let me talk to him. I quit right there.

When I move stuff with ace it has to collision with the floor and goes through and sit on the ground

The take funds issue should now be fixed.
For server owners - update the mods key on your server. I lost my old private key so had to make a new one, sorry for the inconvenience.

It's currently still being supported and is probably in a much more stable state than this mod.

i am not able to take funds anymore from the resistance since the update of ace and cba_a3. any chance on updating the mod?

It's actually great once you learn it. it brings balance in some ways

@c³ twinview69º This relies way too much on ACE for that. For what it's worth, it really isn't that bad once you've learned it.

@Coconutsales I recommend using one of the Darter drones you can get from any vehicle shop. They cost less than the mission gives and all you have to do is just hover over the target at night so they can't see you. They do sometimes break the recon mission to cause it to instantly complete, but otherwise they're excellent.

@V1LLIAN Tell me your secrets. I've looked at every single troop with a rangefinder, the squad leaders are visible on my map as the NATO blue square, but nothing triggers the mission succeeding... what exactly are you doing? What troops? There are three squads roaming this chemical plant I've been eyeing but after looking at EVERY SINGLE TROOP nothing happens. Even the static placement MG troops! What gives? Tell me your secrets!

Note for anyone failing Recon. You Bino troops walking around rather than the base itself. I'm yet to fail any so hope that helps

So, I've loaded into Lan, I get the please wait, loading economy message. I can't move/look around or anything except use the escape menu. Been sitting there at least 20 minutes. No problem loading other script heavy maps/missions. Any help?

Hi me and my friend are loving Overthrow right now. I only had one question. Is the inventory in the warehouse unlimited?(I put one weapon in and i can take more out of it) or am I wrong?

fyi for people like Burgunfaust, I'm pretty sure recon missions are completely broken. I've only done it once in a solo LAN server, after that never again.

Should I install this or the old one?

There seems to be an issue where the hud goes off screen, I hope there is a fix?

One more question: I had a recon base mission. Tried to recon with binos. Ended up u killing all the troops there and taking the position. None of that counted towards completing the recon.

I am having trouble with AI high command units getting stuck in buildings and not being able to delete them from the high command bar. Any idea how to fix this?

I've got a bug where after a while enemies, civilians and mission-givers stop spawning. Restarting the game with the save won't work around it.

I've got a bug where it just says producing 1 out of 128 forever

This mod was working fine for a while, but now I can't find the mode in the map list.

@Warzone3812 ts not an overthrow setting to disable ACE Medical, if you go into the server game settings there should be a tab called "ACE Medical" or something like that, from there you can remove things you dont want (Or just remove all of it)

Hello, quick question, is it possible to be able disable ace medical, I use to enjoy it but getting back into arma trying to play this mod literally gives my a migraine everytime, been playing overthrow ww2, which doesn't have ace medical, but wanted to also play a morden time OT. How can we edit the files to make it not call for ace medical so we can use ace without medical mod, thank you for your help in advance

@Outlaw 4-3, not really, the code-base is a bit of a mess and it's hard to debug any issues with it. I'll probably only work on it if an update breaks it in a major way. The original dev is working on a version for ARMA 4 which is coming along nicely and it seems the modding tools there are a lot nicer so I don't see the point in trying to fix the code-base for this mod.

We tried to launch it on a dedicated server, but it got stuck on the "please wait" loading screen.

I noticed an issue however. When my friend used this mod on Tanoa, the cops would then steal civilian and our vehicles. Any reason why?

@Sir. Vapenation The savegame should be compatible, Overthrow Plus is meant to be a drop in replacement for Overthrow so if you just replace the old mod with this one it should just work.

Is it possible to take the save from the origional Overthrow, and put it in this one to continue it?

I cannot see the mission in the overview. I can only see the normal overthrow one. Any tips?

@JordFx and anyone else struggling, I highly recommend paying close attention to what error pops up when starting the mission, for whatever reason, it was the Shotgun repack mod throwing one about a flamethrower. Disabling that fixed it right up
