Seems like the latest L4D2 (Sept. 25 2020) patch broke this mod. Music still plays for me but the model swap does not work. Can anyone else confirm?

The link that I send you has no fps arms so I assume that your mod doesn't have one fps as well. Another Bane tank is https://www.gamemaps.com/details/5612 . It has no fps arms as well. I hope that you fix them all and compress the MB because your Bane has a large MB than the other two which is 8 or 9 MB although they have the same MB.

This is a really cool and well done mod, i would recomend anyone who has left for dead 2 o get it. The only problem i have with htis mod is that you cant really hear the music and is not really noticable unless you are listening for it.
