Here's a new version, and it includes NPCs. Not to mention better everything.

It's almost like I did it for Valk because he asked me to and at the time he didn't have access to an upscaling service.

It's almost like you're being a snide little bitch that gets triggered by the phrase "AI Upscaling".

Only certain textures are. The ones I can think of on hand are the badlands, packs, and radio textures. Everything else is OG. The chest plate texture is 1024x1024 and is a edited version of the CEA marine texture (CEA marines had higher res textures in some places). The images are AI up scaled to 2048x2048 if I recall.
