1 - Yes it does, although it may need to have its volume increased
2 - I'd love to make a starbound character! But I'm currently working on an oc of mine and barely have time to draw his sprites now that I started university :(

Yep, it is! The sprites from starbound fit well enough to be a rivals stage, and I wanted to make a advanced stage to figure out how things worked.
