how do you use this build or any build from the workshop?

This is actually a really good truck. Probably one of the best I have seen and I pretty much use it all the time in my worlds.

Its using blueprint editing. Its completely vanilla I never used any mods. Might be a gamebug with this missing mods ive heard from several people now.

Which mods did you used? Cause some parts on your screenshots are not part of the vanilla scrap mechanic and must be mods. That would explain why the lift is telling me "Missing Mods"

In my opinion adding a gun to a car isnt an act of creating something new. It lags of own creativity so I suggest you should build your own car which surely would fit your purpose more than this one :)
