@Spider if you cange the port of the rear hose point from the side to the bottom, it will work much better and sprays much further.
Yes, I haven't been actively playing SW for a while. I am currently building a patrol boat but it's an on and off project. I suppose it will take a while before I upload it to the workshop :)
Hey, sorry for the late reply. If you read the comments section on the Jaguar, I've explained in detail why I won't be adding weapons to existing creations. Sorry about that.
I'm afraid it's not easy to make an engine room which you can actually access for the smaller boats since the engine compartment is pretty compact. Anyways, I'll look into it. Thanks.
If this happens only when you're playing on a server, then I'm guessing it's a latency issue. I've never played multiplayer so I'm afraid I can't be of any help. I think you might wanna try to Stormworks' issue tracker.
This isn't just your boats I have had this problem on, this is many other peoples creations too that never had issues before the latest update. Other people on the servers I play on have the same issues. Let me know if a video would be helpful to show the issue if you aren't able to reproduce it.
I just tested it and it's working fine for me. I'd suggest verifying the integrity of your game files or reinstalling altogether. Also, in case you're having trouble getting out of top hatches with ladders, try do a jump crouch when you reach the top of the ladder.
I always update the original creations, except for the Lynx which was a complete makeover.
Thanks for the quick response! I really love your boats and look forward to those updates! I am very new to this game and your boats are pretty much the only ones I have exclusively tried out so far! Wanted to make sure I wasn't making a rookie mistake.
Will these be updates to the existing workshop files, or would they be released as a separate file?
No, you're not doing anything wrong.
The latest update - v1.2.3, specifically this one : "Feature - Improved fluid system to be more stable", has reduced the flow rate of fluids. So this affects any fluid jet powered vessel on the workshop, not just mine.
I'm currently upgrading the stability and riding height of all my fluid jet powered boats to try to make them go faster and I'll be working on the Ocelot shortly. Thanks.
This series you built is fantastic - love the simplicity and ease of use - makes doing missions so much easier.
Hasn't been updated yet. For now, you can swap out the fluid connector with a fluid anchor and you should be fine.
I think it has something to do with object collision in front of the cannon. Just turn off then on again and it works.
For some reason, not getting water pressure out of the fluid cannon mounted on the foredeck
Will do in time!
For some of the older creations, yes there might be but this is a brand new boat built from ground up and I don't see how there could by any deprecated parts. Could you point me out to the specific parts?
Thanks a bunch! :)
