well it was just a sound change, but does fit better for flying vehicles, as opposed to vanilla big rig truck sound :D

Amazing work, finally i can get normal hydrogen fueled aviation

oh it cant be done per vehicle, its per grid size, its V1 sound for the small grid, V2 sound for large grid

So how would I go about customizing whoch vehicles get which sound?

yes, thats how i did it with this one, one new sound overrides the original sound, and the other one has a ciomopletely new sound definition, which required a change in the engine's cube definition, which is why this mod wont work with mods that alter the engine's efficiency, which reminds me, i havent included the change that keen made to engine efficiency in the last update

Is there any way we can make two otherwise identical hydrogen engines have a different sound in the same world simultaneously?

sorry, it works fine for me, engine functions, makes sound (the correct V2 sounds), takes in hydrigen, and outputs power... its the same cube definition, only with the sound entries changed to make it point to the V2 sounds

Just wanted to report a bug. I noticed that the mod cause the large grid to not to function. Haven't tried the small grid version yet.

well the V1 sounds more 'small engine' and more like an electrical turbine than the V2 does, and the large grid engine is huge, so it needed to have some clunkiness still.. :)

Honestly feels like the sounds could be flipped though. V1 sounds being the large industrial scale V10 engine suitable for power (if only it was louder), while the V2 sounds more appropriate for the number of cylinders on the small block.

Definitely gonna grab V1 for myself at least. Thanks B!
