This is awesome. I really like the changes to targeting, health sprites, and the radar 200m radius. That's a brilliant addition that adds some sort of "upgrade" to the HUD that is actually practical and not just cosmetic.

Thank you! Unfortunately there's nothing I can do about the construction sprite as the real center point really is offset from where you point on the ground (the green spot you mentioned IS the center), and there's no way to remove the normal sized smart reticule that appears on top of it. :\

The distance was chosen to be 200m (at least if you're in a ship with 400m radar like a tank) because that's the distance at which idle or patrolling enemy units can aggro on their own, but otherwise it's just half your radar range, possibly serving as a useful reference point for gauging distance from the radar.

Tested it with BDogs and LOVING it so far!

I found there's a lil buggy green spot near the center of the construction sprite.

That said, great rework here, pretty refreshing! Love your radar ideas! The 200m circle looks pretty handy. Is that distance been chosen for some particular purposes?

I imagined the grey borders parts with some "grizzlier" textures, just like the natural Grizzly cockpit.
