Been almost three years since the last update so some of the code has changed for planets.

'Better Resources' adds 7 extra ore types to Space Engineers and has an add-on module 'Scarce Resources', which uses the material maps for ore distribution.
I would put an acknowledgement and link to 'Medieval planet' within the description of 'Scarce Resources'.

Not sure what impact it has on gameplay!
Any chance I could get permission to re-upload? I know you have asked for none but I am getting repeated requests for the planet. I have looked at the planet's SBC file and noticed there are no mappings for the T2 & T3 ores.
The start I am envisioning with this planet needs to have Gold, Silver, and Magnesium as planetary resources along with a custom ore or two.
The "rocks" on the surface that spawn actually do have cobalt, and it's even blue... so not much cobalt on the planet atm is what I'm saying.
Anyone can help me modding it?

No, beither issue appears to be fixed. I just looked at the SBC file for the planet and it still only has ore mapping for iron, nickel, silicon, and cobalt.
Though given how often I see the wrong resource in the boulder bug on a bunch of different planets, I would not be surprised if it was a Keen bug.
I have experienced the bolder different ore than detected and clipping bug, as well as ore detectors indicating ore where none was found.
Without those entries in the SBC, you don't see those resources.
