It should probably work fine on 1.5, I'd only be changing a version tag. I don't intend to continue updating this when Owls Better Barely Spots does things far better. Speaking of, it seems that mod is entirely simple patches so that should work fine for 1.5 as well.
Maybe you had a bed hidden somewhere so its throwing an error. You should be able to safely ignore the errors, they should vanish after resaving and loading and shouldn't appear again. It's likely just telling you it can't find the beds anymore.
I'm afraid they fall outside of the definition of animals at least according to Rimworld so I don't think it's suitable for my mod. To be honest this mod is basically obsolete with Owlchemist's mods Barely Visible Spots and Barely Restricted Spots. His mods do the same and in a better way. Although I don't think his mods allow human beds to be placed anywhere either.
Can we get these in full size? I have some particularly good slaves who need to be sleeping at the foot of my bed.
I'm sorry to say but I don't support old versions. All I can say is the 1.2 version worked perfectly fine in the past so there should be no reason for it to cause errors.
If its really causing issues you could check out Barely Visible Spots and Barely Restricted Spots. They have a 1.2 version and together should allow the same sort of behaviour.
Yes they do sleep on tables, I know someone who has dogs and theirs sleep on the table outside. My huskies like sleeping on the couch seats and my bed.
The screenshot is from one of my colonies. I just sent all the hauling wolves into the room and set their sleep need to rock bottom so they'd go to sleep. I generally start my games with a pair of tamed wolves. From there I breed them until I have about a dozen to do hauling work.
-3 slept without a table...
Do RL canines actually sleep on tables? Seems more like a cat's thing.
Then again... it's rimworld...
And now I went and imagined a thrumbo sleeping on a table.
Poor thrumbo...
But also, poor table...
P.S. did you spawn that pack on the screenshot or did you actually tame/buy/breed them all in a real run?
Dunno why I'm curious...
Probably because I tried to get me a white wolf pack several times, but never managed (wasn't in the climate where they spawn and merchants weren't selling any) and now I'm kinda feeling jelly.
It's been a while since I've used it but I believe you need to place the invisible animal bed first otherwise the bed interferes and you can get issues like that. As for the no light up when building its sort of intended, due to how I made them invisible it doesn't display. The whole mod is a bit hacky but there was nothing like it when I made it (there still isn't to my knowledge).
Sorry to say but I have no clue how language translations work. I generally just leave it up to translators to handle it and thus far they've done a good job.
Feel free to upload translations without asking. As long as it isn't an English version I don't mind.
I translated your language pack. But without your permission, I'm considering whether to upload it
Thank you for taking the time to translate them. I'm not sure what you mean by not a voice pack. Did you mean not a translation pack? If your referring to the new translation tag I believe its currently only applied if you upload a translation with the current unstable build.
@xChibi
Check the update.
It's possible but unfortunately I wouldn't be able to get rid of the name label which I think kind of ruins it.
Not that I know of. It shouldn't have any effect on gameplay though.
Glad to hear you've found it useful. So I messed around with making an invisible human bed however I don't see a way to hide the name label. So if you stuck it anywhere you'd have a label visible. Personally I think that kind of ruins the idea.
Is there any chance of being able to get something similar as a colonist sleeping spot? Perhaps a niche request, but I hate that green square being visible, and I'd absolutely love to be able to layer it over other furnishings (Like the modded couches. People sleep flopped over couches all the time!)
If you can't remember where you placed them place a new one and double click to select all of them in your view. Alternatively they should highlight if you click and drag to select everything.
The newest hotfix patch fixed the issue.
"Ensured that an animal bed would not interfere with royal title requirements in a bedroom (we think this could only happen with mods)."
I was afraid of that. I'll take a look later and see if there's anything I can do. I get the feeling its outside of my expertise though.
Try placing a vanilla animal bed to see if it does the same. I'm wondering if its not working because adding an animal bed technically classes the room as a barn as well.
