Old sith trooper helmet has a armor sharp and armor heat base value of 7500%. is this.. intentional?

@Lenny1013 will be in my back burner as making or drawing any armor take a lot of time. Right now i'm making a new armor mod that has at least 20 armor type and its been 2 weeks in.
