Sorry but no. I don't have the original files anymore nor the game installed anymore, and i'm too busy right now with other projects.
Gabe's Electronics 29 Mar, 2021 @ 12:09pm
hey, im wondering if u could send me the mesh files
JohnSheppard44  [author] 4 Jun, 2020 @ 7:27am
Sorry, but i can't. Since i don't know how to create a map on Source, and i currently don't have enough interest on learning it to do so.

Gabe's Electronics 3 Jun, 2020 @ 3:47pm
can you make a inner hospital map please?
TheOldPMC 9 Feb, 2020 @ 12:18pm
Ahh... But judging from the model, it was not meant for disassembly or to be stripped apart, due to the model's lack of certain things.
JohnSheppard44  [author] 9 Feb, 2020 @ 12:17pm
Unless i left the option to make the "Base" disappear. If so, then i get what you mean.
JohnSheppard44  [author] 9 Feb, 2020 @ 12:16pm
Its only pieces of the gun that i leave the option to be removed, but never the base (like on the case of this pistol, the frame), or if it was a rifle, the receiver.
JohnSheppard44  [author] 9 Feb, 2020 @ 12:14pm
Ah that. But, i still dont see a issue with that. If someone wants to "dissassemble" the gun to the frame via bodygroups by removing things like the Hammer, Slide, Barrel and etc,, i let them do it. I like making sure that my stuff has a good ammount of customization, be it skins or bodygroups.
TheOldPMC 9 Feb, 2020 @ 12:11pm
I mean remove the part of the bodygroup that makes the piece of the gun disappear.
JohnSheppard44  [author] 9 Feb, 2020 @ 11:55am
Unless, you mean a part that is connected to that Bodygroup, like the Iron Sights on the Slide (of which i dont think i made them bodygroups on this).
JohnSheppard44  [author] 9 Feb, 2020 @ 11:54am
Well, i already made it possible via the Bodygroup section by adding the Blank option on the QC. And while i can remove the piece manually on Blender, there aint a need like i stated above, as it was done already via the QC..

I apologize if i misunderstood your question.
TheOldPMC 9 Feb, 2020 @ 11:46am
Why not find a way to remove that specific bodygroup?
JohnSheppard44  [author] 9 Feb, 2020 @ 11:43am
Whats the issue with them? Like, i know that they may be pointless to have on a gun (depending on the part), but unless they cause a problem with the model or something, i dont see much issue.

Though of course, i might be wrong, and i'm always willing to learn more whenever i can in order to improve my stuff.
TheOldPMC 9 Feb, 2020 @ 11:41am
Yes.
JohnSheppard44  [author] 9 Feb, 2020 @ 11:40am
You mean the Bodygroup sections in which i left the "blank" option on the QC, which allows the total removal of the piece (like the Slide or Hammer for example), right?
TheOldPMC 9 Feb, 2020 @ 11:34am
Let's start with doing something about the bodygroups that remove pieces off the gun.
JohnSheppard44  [author] 9 Feb, 2020 @ 11:26am
Yeah, i still gotta improve on some aspects. I should've kept the bones for this weapon, but at the time i was porting it, i didnt know how to work with them.

But still, if you can tell me what the issues are, i can try to fix them and improve this model, and following ones.
TheOldPMC 9 Feb, 2020 @ 11:16am
You're welcome, though there are certain bodygroups you do need to work on.
JohnSheppard44  [author] 8 Feb, 2020 @ 9:24pm
Thanks! :)

JohnSheppard44  [author] 18 Jan, 2020 @ 5:59pm
I believe that it may really be that reason. I've always wondered about the "Omega Arsenal" marking on the slide (and if i remember right, the Omega symbol is also present on the grip of the Beretta M9). So i think that you're right on that theory.
Kommandant4298 16 Jan, 2020 @ 10:41pm
Yeah. Found this out when I was working on my OC character CIA Operations Officer Sebastian Johnson.

My theory why it's known by the original Colt .45 name is possibly the US Army wanted to avoid having to dance with copyright issues/pay royalties to Springfield Armoury Inc. for the use of one of their firearms, so they replaced the Springfield emblems on the right side of the slide and markings from it and put in 'Omega Arsenal' - which doesn't exist, and replaced the 'Operator' with 'Model M1911-A1' on the left side of the slide.

That's my theory anyway...
JohnSheppard44  [author] 16 Jan, 2020 @ 11:26am
Thanks alot man! I'm surprised with the true designation of the weapon also.
Kommandant4298 14 Jan, 2020 @ 4:43pm
I actually wasn't expecting to see this come along! Very nice work!

Also, an interesting fact about said weapon for anyone here. This is not a proper Colt M1911A1 but rather it's a Springfield MC Operator. If anyone wants to see for themselves do a google search (in images) on said weapon and not only will you see the design is the same (the notches in the slide, the ironsights, trigger design), but also some of the colour designs seen here (gunmetal slide with a dark brown body) is also seen on some of the images showing the weapon in real life.

Sorry bud, but they are all private.
Cpt. McSausage 14 Jan, 2020 @ 3:19am
Where are those ragdolls from?
JohnSheppard44  [author] 13 Jan, 2020 @ 7:29pm
Yes. Actually, all guns from AAPG will be ported, but for now, the three guns i mentioned before are the ones coming up next on that order.
Iguanian ruler 13 Jan, 2020 @ 6:46pm
m4a1 too?
JohnSheppard44  [author] 13 Jan, 2020 @ 6:35pm
