Like: End product industries up to 1600, middle product industries up to 800, raw material industries as in vanilla. So that you can have a small number of end product industries that you need to supply & distribute their products to multiple towns (up to 2 bigger towns).

easy enough to read. Change the * 10 or * 20 to whatever you want. Remember the changes would only appear on new industries.
