also to add: i do not want to make this mad bad. its really a good mod if sb need a challange. 8 enemys in a pot is really something. and not talking about some weak elite vanilla. i had 3 esktopod (2 of them were modified by firing explisves instead of the cannon they normal have). sevarsal diffirent mutons (not only from this pack, i use the destroyer muton and the muton pack which gives also 4-5 different muton types) armored viper, flame viper and psy armored viper. and over 80 lost (in total it were nearly 200 enemys in one mission). so the fight was fun, but the lag not. but as mentioned i missing the custodian and the clone rulers. my fav enemy mod packs. so if sb can tell me how they can appear again i gladly will use this again :D

hmm i think i got the decurion vest since my last play (where this mod i didnt installed). but i am not sure if this is from this or another mod. and i think its one of this persistance mod which "overwirtes" most of the other alien packs. so not using this anymore. clone ruler aliens didnt see at all. the custodian r very rare now and other aliens also seems be draged out.

I just got the new Sitrep for the first time, and I feel like something is merging to make a nightmare scenario here. All of the pods on the map contain 8+ aliens including 4-5 advanced mutons. The map is completely unwinnable, and I am not particularly weak on this run. Any ideas what the issue could be?

@Paddon Cleaned up some old AI Code in a update this morning, but these mods are very unlikely to be the cause of the crash.

I seem to be getting a crashing issue that I'm guessing is down to an AHW mod, but I'm not sure which as I only have Advanced Aliens and The Fanatics. The log entry I keep seeing after the Warlock's turn begins and my game crashes is this one:

None: Warning- Child node DoNotTargetSolacedSoldiersForMindControlAHW not found. No behavior node created.

Can you recommend anything?

Ever since the update my Mutons have bugged heads. Veles has a black head instead of its normal one.

Just wanted to report that in XComAiJobs.ini you cannot use +JobListings=( JobName=Rendezvous like this because it replaces the previous values for the job name. You have to minus out the default job and add all of the entries to the new entry.

Thank you for adding LWOTC support for your mods. I've always wanted to give them a run, and now thanks to this I can use them. I really do greatly appreciate it, I enjoy having more diversity in the enemies I fight.

in the log is no AHWCryokeeper as boss leader for the next mission. but... it works, avatar sequence went trough and game goes on .yeees. looks like AHWCryokeeper is in A Harder War: Advanced Aliens not correct / missing / wrong?

@Elgate Idk if you're still around but I run those same mods and I just changed the ini so that they can't appear before force level 7 (8 for berskers). I haven't ran into that issue

@ReshiKillim thank you so much I came back today to check cause the rest of my mods are ready just need to tweak this and I'm off. The way you just described it made it make perfect sense.

BTW I did do a trial run of the siege missions (just got to the first assault and damn did that challenge me lol) Running that plus all these aliens plus the more enemies by force level mod. I ended up fighting 60 enemies lmao. Took me an hour but I got through it with no losses! So much fun ty.

@MrBenevolent You can copy and paste those entries to those lists, you just need to make sure that these entries
are in sequential numerical order, like this..

Basically, if you have array entries that share the same number in the same addition to the array, say, for example, in AHWMutonsOnlyLeaders you've got three entries that use SpawnDistribution[2], instead of continuing from SpawnDistribution[2] to SpawnDistribution[3] and SpawnDistribution[4], the spawn list will no longer function properly.

@ReshiKillim I'm determined to use this mod this looks awesome I'm a little confused on one edit in the ini. @ReshiKillim Thank you for the quick answer. I do not have the Diverse Aliens By Force Level mod, but I'll be honest, it's an issue that is probably impossible to troubleshoot at this point. I am playing with a collection because I am not certain how to make a good enough one myself, and let's say it is not easy to trouble shot. I have changed the MinForceLevel, hopefully it will work but I should not have expected such a big collection to work without its issues.

@Elgate That is not normal, no, unless you're facing a Muton Brigade sitrep, which would normally have a minimum of one of special mutons from this mod as a boss enemy for each pod, but that sitrep should not be able to come into play before force level 10 unless it was configured to come into play earlier.

Otherwise, and the most likely cause, if you're using Diverse Aliens By Force Level, there's two ways to fix this, which is to either A: Disable the merged sitrep encounter lists in DABFL

Or B: Change the MinForceLevel Value of the AHWMutonsOnlyLeaders and AHWMutonsOnlyFollowers SpawnDistributionLists in the XComEncounterLists.ini to 10, so that they wouldn't be able to appear before the sitrep should be able to come into play.

The mod is honestly great. The new aliens are definitely harder but nowhere near unbalanced. I would like to report a visual bug though. During my playthroughs, when the green mutons (i forgot what they are called) fire their guns, the laser or projectile did not appear. The damage and the firing animation did play correctly, however.

I dived into the configs earlier to see if there were options to modify their skills themselves but mainly just found their hp/other stats.

Accidentally deleted the comment I was replying to by misclick, but if you wish to remove Cryokeepers from the game, there is Boundir's Choose Your Aliens mod, or, if you would just want to remove the ability from them, Boundir's repurpose abilities will work nicely.

On a side note, the Cryokeepers use the same AOE for their Frost Blast as the Gatekeeper's bombardment + zombie revival.

For what it's worth I forgot that by default Exalted Custodians have 65 HP each, so these aren't as strong as them.

@walt.bustamante You can disable enemies with the Choose Your Aliens mod by Boundir, aside from that.

@Pepperchini Well, I'm not gonna claim they're defect free, as they're definitely on the beefier than average side, possibly a little too much, but it's just my personal preference.

These look cool but I had to tweak the stats a little. These are significantly stronger than Exalted ADVENT Custodians, which is considered one of the hardest NPC mods. Too overpowered if you're not running custom squad sizes. Not a big deal though.

i'm having only one silly issue with this mod and is that the muton ballistarii doesn't play the animation for the rocket, two thing can happens he uses the shooting startup animation or the throwing granade and then the units get the dmg and the structures get destroyed.

so weird is not the end of the world but it looks weird when it happens, any idea? can i disable the ballistarii?

the other enemies have no issues.

LWoTC uses different encounter schedules so vanilla lists won't spawn related enemies unless you had Mod Jam (or B&T settings from discord) which have such customized schedules. A Harder War series (both this and Fanatics) are working fine with those. Great mod btw ReshiKilim, really pain in the a**e foes :)

Hi!!! I really liked this mod, I decided to install it on LWOTC. However, 300 mods make themselves felt, and new aliens are simply not displayed in the game. they seem to be on the map, but you can't interact with them in any way. Also, I suspect that because of this mod, my animation is buggy and LWOTC crashes. I really would not like to lose such a beautiful fashion!!! Can there be any solution to this problem?

Installed this and Fanatics, sadly game slowed down to a crawl. Idk which mod conflicted with it but i had to uninstall.

ok I've got news: I did several runs:
1. Run with 319 mods without this mod - all worked well
2. Run with the same 319 mods and also this mod - and got black screen in missions

Then I read in reddit that some of the problems with mod coming from Windows problems and they recommended running CCleaner reg fixes. I did it, and went for a third run with the same mods as run 2 (including this one), and everything is working well now - no black screens

Ok, I think I i have from yesterday - I think it is the last game I played, but I will try tomorrow to replicate the problem with fewer mods and send that log , as my logs are always a mess, even when everything is ok, the log usually contains lots of warnings.

same problem here - I got 300+ mods, but when I add this one I get infinite loading screen on guerrilla ops with or without sitereps (not all of it, but some of them).

@ReshiKilim - What do you need in order to analyze it and how to send it?
