I've finished the main "Dwanguard" DLC, I killed the Vampire Lord (Serana's father), and obviously I went to "Soul Cairn" and found the Elder Scroll and set free this dragon - I already swan him during battle in Skyrim.
So... what your mod does with him?
Try either spawning a bunch of enemies or a dragon with a lot of health so the fight goes on long enough to give him time to use it, fights in the vanilla game are pretty small so if it's just like 3 bandits chances are he'll just oneshot them and fly away.
I forgot to give you the address a while back.
Here's the collection I added you too, with my compliments.
the more links the better ;)
maybe you'd like to lend your support too.

At any rate though, to get rid of it you should be able to just go into the console and type help durn which will turn up a bunch of stuff related to Durnehviir. The SHOU entry called Durnehviir's Drain Vitality should be one of the last ones. You'll see an 8-digit item ID next to it in parentheses. Then just type player.removeshout XXXXXXXX with the ID in place of the x's and it will take the shout off your list.
