- Playing on NORMAL, I finished at Wave 14, because I read that the waves start to repeat after wave 13. It seemed just repetitive after that point.
- It would be nice if there was a way to end the mission positively. For instance, there is a radio object near a barn in the top left corner that is titled "strange box." It seems like the Designer could make it so that you could call on it after wave 14 for an evacuation. I couldn't find a use for this box.
- Is there a sense as to the time period when this mission takes place, like June 1941- late fall 1941?

- You can carry allied corpses/fallen bodies to the field hospitol with the doctor and he might revive them, dependingon their wounds. A downside is that taking your soldiers to the hospitol ends up resetting their equipment, so it can be better to just lay them in the middle of the compound and remove their useful ammo before carrying them into the hospitol.
- On round 7, I sent airplane rockets to attack the red circle where a message said that the enemy is setting up artillery. The countdown to the rocket attack continued, but I didn't get hit with rockets.

- You can bust the factory gate on the SW side of the map with a tank grenade to get to the truck with more hedgehogs and mines. I brought it back to my base before the first wave started. The barbed wire doesn't work well, which is a known problem in MOWAS2. Putting hedgehogs on the SW bridge stopped a Hetzer tank. I found ti was pretty helpful to run hedgehogs in a line from the south central house, westward to the boat dock, and then northwest to the house on the western edge of my base.
- There is a tower on the east side for your sniper to get on. But he got surrounded and then killed on about wave 4. I am not sure you can really have him there protected.
- In the 2nd wave, the enemy uses a halftrack from the SW corner of the map. A PTRD AT manual rocket would be good to fight this.

The Description says:
"-When you see that enemy brings artillery to battlefield, try to destroy it with plane reinforcements."
This makes me think that the Designer intended for you to turn Fog of War OFF.

Mweh, not much quality. Just normal for such a small map-mission. Would be nice if you could get some normal ammo too as an option. Got bored after wave 25.

Lovely little mission, I did not expect this amount of quality. Though I have to say it's a shame that it never ends, I think it would be a lot more satisfying if the player had an end goal to strive for. How about reaching wave 100? It's almost impossible, but at least the mission would then have an end.

Enjoyable little mod, I eventually got to wave 72 or there about's on Normal difficulty. I wanted to try and get to wave 100, but I had so many corrupt save crashes and glitches that I had to surrender to that in the end. By the time I got to 72, the battlefield was an absolute mess, it was hardly recognisable from what it was at the start. What the mod needs though is to spawn out destroyed tanks and vehicles or implement a bulldozer. Wish I knew what my final tally of kills was, but I'm beaten by those saves and crashes.

great map, espescially many kinds of support from plane, but after survive 15 waves it starting get boring, great idea would be second defcence line or more tasks like capture enemy vehicle but anyway its brillant to me

I really love this mod, Though i wish I had a chance to get more infantry. I know it might make it easier, But when playing with a friend we got into situations where it became difficult. Even if it was just only partisans that we could get, it would help a lot in a multiplayer scenario.

I don't know if its part of the mod but the map is covered in very thick fog ,I've attempted to wait it out but still there after 10 mins

Zooming in and looking around is painful. We'd have to lean in and see what our guys have. I know. Inventory is there too but. Its always faster and easier to look at your units from just a little more up close.

Seems like some problem with a file in vehicle folder. You can try to verify game files or maybe try to reinstall game and see if that fixes the issue.

Hi Lazze, i found a bug during my second time opening the mission scenario.
it occures after the first game playthrough using both valour mod + Kolhoz ( suprisingly, it work but the guns are broken As F**k XD) and i tried to restart the game again and it now become this problem.

things that i have done
- reinstall the mod
including deleting the mod file in steam folder and unsubscribe the mod in the game
- Using the mod only
the list of mod in the game is only Kolhoz Wave Defence
- Getting depresed for 15 minute to fix the mess

- Start asking to the modder itself in the steam workshop forum

Very fun and difficult, every one of my soldiers was veteran 3 or higher. Made it to round 13!

Yes its programmed to have 13 unique waves and after that it repeats last wave with some variance, basically enemy uses all possible units after that point. The script to make this is pretty complicated and I don't fully remember it myself either. I think the script that keeps track of current wave is folder wave_counter. There is special script to launch wave 13 again after in that folder, I think it was called wave_13_number or similar. If you change that script so it sets mission status to victory instead of triggering wave 13 again.

just the last wave before it resets from wave 1. I checked mission file, and I saw 13 waves in total. If it restarts from wave 1 after wave 13, I'd like to make the 13rd wave the last wave. After that I think I just want the mission to end like normal missions in game. Maybe this is too complicated to do for me lol

I haven't extensively tested it yet but it's a very faithful adaptation so far, only thing missing for me is the calm music from the first men of war between waves (because they don't exist in MOWAS 2 editor files). I liked the music after an intense battle it sorta gave you clarity if that makes any sense. Like you felt as if you just defended with your lives and struggled through it but you made it. I could add that myself if I wanted to, copy your files and just play around with it.

Maate, this was my favourite user-made addon to the original men of war! Many fond memories not only playing this but also going into the editor and adding allied partisans controlled by the AI that would have intense forest battles, more fortifications, guns, units for both sides. Thanks for this.

@Greenfox, the picture is edited in photoshop and I added the fishing rod to his hand. I made it in 2012 i think :D @SS3 What box are you meaning? If you mean the "detonator" box near the hospital, you can skip the preparation time between waves if you press it.

@gabbagabi I think that the exploding ammo crates is a feature in this game. If container has explosives and you destroy it, it will blow up. The soldier carrying barrel might be also some bug in the game but I can see if I can do something about it.

Thanks for all the comments and ideas! I have new version ready actually but I haven't tested it yet. I take a look at the problem with tanks moving on their own, I think I know what is causing it and should be easy fix. New patch has also some balance changes to make the gameplay more interesting. Stay tuned :)

u could even reduce the amount of mines available - i barely fired 8 AP rounds the whole time - rest was mines-work. Dont understand this as bad criticts- i would not been able to create a single map , so iam dependent on mapping-guys like you - just a bit of input from a fan of this game :-)

3. after wave 20or something two of my captured 7 tanks are start to move automaticly somewhere if a new wave is starting -i play usually on heroic - u could make it heroic by reducing the wave time to 1min - but may put in an medic and two heal-able special units? that would give u some hectic things to do, rather than just ammo stealing, and laying out the next mines,

good work, bugs ive found so far after 25 waves (dunno if they are real bugs or just comming from the original code): 1. if a soldier is carrying a (full) fuel barrel is standing around - getting under fire, drops the barrel - and you cant take it again 2. if you drive over an air-delivered-ammo-crate it will explode (and the Jeep too)

Make sure that everyone has the mod applied before joining and disable all other mods. Would also recommend to restart game after disabling/enabling. I will release new version soon and it also has some fixes.
