I did try to do this at Tier 3 CPU, but that resulted in 56% efficiency. I would have to remove just over 1 million cpu points worth of hardware to make this Tier 3 compliant at 100%, and there would be no room for expansion. I'm not a big fan of the new CPU system, as there is a huge jump from Tier 3 to Tier 4. I would like to see each of the Tier 4 expansion units increase points incrementally instead of having to install all 4 to get the increase. It would be nice if you could just add another one or two Tier 3 units instead. The volume cost of the units would help balance such a system.

Absolutely yes. I know you are busy updating so many, and I use the Hecate as my mobile base in Project Eden. The internal pictures show where I installed the CPU upgrades.
