Report a translation problem
1- if you previously install MCA unsubscribe and subscribe to this mod
2- go to the folder steamapps\workshop\content\233860\1975098793
3- inside the folder 1975098793 you will find another called Extended Edition open it and copy More combat Animation
4- now go to The Kenshi Folder (it should be something like this C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Kenshi) inside you will find a folder called mods open it and pasted the folder you copy (in this case More Combat Animation) open the Launcher and both mods should be there, youre welcome ;)
Maybe you should try and put some effort on understanding basic directions.
How should I activate those six actions
Whenever you create a mod, your work partially belongs to the company that created the game, and since they give you permission to mod their game, and by extension that permission allows others to modify your mods and publish them. In effect of publishing, you are giving the company legal rights to your work under their terms.
You can talk to an actual legal expert for proper legal advice.
Using publicly available mods as a base for their own mod, doesn't constitue a violation of copyright and any legal action taken in pursuit of a legal lawsuit will most likely result in your case not being picked up.
Steam as a distribution platform falls under US copyright law which under it, a mod has shared copyright with the game it is a mod to, with no clear majority shareholder of the license being decided in any terms. In Micro Star v. FormGen Inc. court case of 1998, it was established that the license holder of the product is likely the owner of the license to the content even if the content is derivative.
When discussing legal matters, if not wanting to get into legal trouble (while not likely, comments you leave in public forums may be used against you in a court of law) in the case of civil court case, I would suggest people not go after either parties and not trying to act as keyboard warriors for the sake of modders (@Sleeven Tattooed Guy), as it can end up doing more harm than good, and creating a toxic envyronment for both creators and users.
I would sugest anyone wishing to be informed on what constitutes as copyright infringement to seek legal advise from a solicitor specializing in copyright, as that is the only apropriate way to identify when such a case is met.

I will not do the DMCA you recommend. It makes no sense.
Even if I DMCA that mod, it's only one of many others.
The important thing is that I have the credit. If someone snatches it and replaces me, I will protest and possibly DMCA.
Right now, there is no such problem.
Not only the mod you protested, but there are many other mods that have used the MCA without permission. Most of them are from certain countries.
I have stopped asking for it and understand that it makes no sense. Different cultures think differently and have different morals. I would lose my mind if I had to deal with such people from morning till nightfall.

1) Open the FCS and press the button marked *□ to create a new mod. Give it a descriptive name.
2) Press the folder icon in the upper left corner of the FCS, then in the window that appears uncheck all mods, then check only this animation mod and your new blank mod. The blank mod should be highlighted and have the word *ACTIVE* next to it. Press DONE.
3) Scroll down to Characters in the left hand pane, then scroll down in the right side window until you find Agnu, then double click it.
4) On the top right side of the next window, there is a drop down box that says AI Goals, followed by a button marked Add. Select "animation files" from the drop-down menu, then press the Add button.
5) In the next window, select all the animation files in the list, press OK.
6) Save the mod, put it in your load order under the other two mods you used for all of this, and now the new animations should work for Agnu.

Putting the file in the Kenshi Mods folder doesn't seem to do anything

あなたの言うとうり見てきました。
私のMODファイルはそのまま全てコピーされていたのを確認しました。
褒められたことではない事は確かですし、私のMODの説明欄にも注意が書かれているのにも関わらずこの様な事が行われたのは残念です。
しかしながらマナーが守られないのは以前からですし、私は諦めています。
この様な行いの為、私のMODのサポートはほぼ不可能になっています。
他に同じ事例が出て無さそうなので自分の環境が悪いのかもしれません
たぶん古いバージョンのEX版だと思うので手動でアプデしてみて下さい。
それでも発生する場合はまた連絡してください。
FCSだとheavy downcut v2がmax skill25、heavy downcutは無効化されていました

バニラのアニメーションも発生しない感じですか?
バニラ以外の攻撃モーションが描画されない現象が起こっていたのですが、入れているMODの影響によるものでした。
(私の場合は『イケメン種族 / IKEMEN Race』の追加種族へのMCA適用パッチが原因でした)
早まった報告をしてお恥ずかしい限りなのですが、もし同じ現象に困っていらっしゃる方がいれば一助になるかも知れませんので、こちらに書き込ませて頂きました……。
たぶんbluntのattack distanceが最大10なのに対しunarmed_BsS(attack distance:15)なのが原因なのかなぁと思います
モーション関連はほぼ触ったことないので見当違いの事言ってたりおま環だったら申し訳ないです…
