It was our structure limit on the server. I turned it off and it spawned just fine.

You misspelled jrandall's name at the end of the description. I really like your modded version, though.

@bromius yeah ill get that sorted this week. its mostly the original from Jrandall with the exception of the thrusters and constructors needed to taking out.

Very nice, I was about to try getting the Hecate to be Tier 3 compliance to meet it's original design role, but now I don't have to.

T3 with a small shield even, had to remove some thrusters but they can all be added back in with a T4 upgrade
