AI does not need to focus on province loyalty. They get an cheat when it's below a certain number, so unless the population in it are slaves of the wrong religion, culture, and have zero food supply the AI does not need to be better at province loyalty. So if it focuses on province loyalty that lang said it does, it would divert it's attention from more important matters

this mod, somehow, makes a bunch of buildings disapear if you are playing with Terra-Indomita, probably happens with other mods too, haven't tried.

Okay, I took a look at the code. Basically it makes it so that countries build way more powerful buildings, more focus on assimilation, more focus on conversion and better management of province loyalty. Dope.

Could you add a little description of what it does. I've heard wonderful things about the mod but it's difficult to see what it does exactly.
BlackRush 8 Oct, 2022 @ 12:02pm
Invictus has Glavius integrated as stated in their page
Hecleas 7 Jul, 2022 @ 4:33am
Compatible with Invictus? Savegame compatible?
Hecleas 7 Jul, 2022 @ 4:19am
A description of the mod would be interesting!
What does your mod bring in particular?
Wotan von Edelsburg 15 Jun, 2022 @ 2:15pm
Oh and i think i found a bug or something... the roman AI... doesn't colonize neighbouring provinces... even though the message appears that it can colonize neighbouring provinces... it still doesn't... for 10 ingame years, it leaves unsettled provinces in italy etc alone. or does it very very slowly.
Wotan von Edelsburg 15 Jun, 2022 @ 2:10pm
Will the AI also make law changes?
Glavius  [author] 10 May, 2022 @ 6:53am
I will take a look
Lord Castellan Majorian 2 May, 2022 @ 5:19pm
You might wanna look at integrating the conflation mod for that, it's the closest you can get while not destroying the game or ai.
Glavius  [author] 19 Feb, 2022 @ 2:12am
Its set to never integrate currently. What I wanted was a way to let it unintegrate the least common, currently integrated culture. However it didn't seem possible to do. So I shut off all integration.

I put a lot of work into the ai when it comes to dealing with rebellion. So I would be surprised if you have constant collapses. I actually had to let the ai be more aggressive because the Seleucid Empire would spend the first century just converting culture.

I am currently playing Warhammer 3 but I will look at tweaking this.
CovenantKillerJ 18 Feb, 2022 @ 10:42am
The main issue is that I haven't seen the ai integrate at all for some reason.
CovenantKillerJ 18 Feb, 2022 @ 12:03am
Sometimes it is. Personally I think the ai should strike a balance between converting and integrating cultures, to minimise unrest.
Glavius  [author] 17 Feb, 2022 @ 3:37am
Is it better to integrate?
Glavius  [author] 17 Feb, 2022 @ 3:37am
The ai prefers to convert cultures as opposed to integrate. There doesn't seem to be any modding of ai research priorities sadly.
CovenantKillerJ 12 Feb, 2022 @ 6:36am
and ai chooses bad researchers
CovenantKillerJ 11 Feb, 2022 @ 2:58pm
Is it possible to have the ai more likely to integrate cultures? Base game ai is more likely to integrate cultures from what i've seen.

Does this work for Roma Invictus mod?
Abstract-Player 15 Jan, 2022 @ 9:58am
Really.. I still don't know what ( exacly ) this mod is doing.. !?
I'm sure the mod is well made and will help us a lot. But hell.. "it does a lot" says absolutely nothing to us.. xDD
Glavius  [author] 11 Jan, 2022 @ 4:48am
It does a lot to the ai priorities for armies, policies, and building priorities
Abstract-Player 26 Dec, 2021 @ 5:01am
What is this mod doing ??
Regal Orangutan 14 Aug, 2021 @ 7:24am
where does one find the list of changes that this mod makes?
Snowlet 12 Aug, 2021 @ 5:19am
@Glavius, hello, I am Snowlet , lead dev of Invictus which is a project that aspires to improve every aspect possible of vanilla gameplay along the lines of what HPM does for Victoria2 (currently the second most popular mod on the Workshop). I took a look over your work and believe it would be fitting for what we are doing at Invictus. It would be our pleasure to have you work with us on improving the AI, but in case you dont want to join for any reason, we would be grateful if you allowed us to incorporate parts of your work while giving you proper credits.
As we're aspiring to use your improved AI work. (I send you a friend request, but we can communicate on the mod COOP or on the Invictus Discord)
ascor 11 Aug, 2021 @ 4:58pm
@Glavius so i have launch 3 games for 150 years and i have seen one problem:

its about the 3 building Foundry,Temple and Theater the Ai don't reach the innovations for available the building so she never build it.

she use 70% of her invention on the military branch tech.
Glavius  [author] 10 Aug, 2021 @ 5:22pm
@ascor

I've looked at this a bit more and I'll probably be gating it so that if the city has a foundry building (25% bonus to tax) it will then remove markets for tax offices.
ascor 9 Aug, 2021 @ 9:08am
@Glavius nice to see you again.

i have a question about the building, can you add chance modifier on the "Tax Office" if the city as for exemple 0.50 Gold of tax base?

for making the AI better choice in this city.
Glavius  [author] 4 Aug, 2021 @ 12:10pm
Updated for 2.0.3 still a lot of work to do. Buildings have a long way to go.
Steefy_92 4 Aug, 2021 @ 12:02am

Saltanis aKa Chidori 17 Feb, 2021 @ 9:18am
Unfortunately, the AI plays worse with this mod
Theodosius 16 Feb, 2021 @ 10:49am
will this be updated for 2.0?
Arcimbaldo 15 Dec, 2020 @ 11:51pm
Has much work been done on AI aggressiveness? Played a couple of Seleucid games lately, and haven't once had war declared on me. Which on some levels makes sense, given the raw size and power, but I wonder if the AI could do with more opportunism?

Especially my previous game, I got into an awful death-spiral of internal dissent, local rebellions, etc such that all my troops were tied up with that - if Egypt or the Mauryans had declared war on me then, they probably would have destroyed me.

Rome keeps switchhing capital to Ostia on 1st January
Sebastian 24 Aug, 2020 @ 11:15am
nvm the cause was the unit size mod
Sebastian 23 Aug, 2020 @ 2:01pm
I am currently in the year 559 and most AI countries have not changed much in size. is this normal AI behavior in this mod? In does make for a more historical map (there never was a giant gallic tribe) but im worried it might be a bug if this keeps lasting.
PR 19 Aug, 2020 @ 12:02pm
Hello! Is there any way to know that the game is running your mod? Artwork and menu screens look the same so I am not 100% sure if I got it running right. Thanks! Btw great idea with the mod
Nuclear Winter 15 Aug, 2020 @ 9:06pm
A really nice mod. Thank you.
Brilliant 15 Aug, 2020 @ 5:12am
A question: is the AI doing decisions for me or the non human empires? I have noticed some policies of mine changing
Brilliant 15 Aug, 2020 @ 1:53am

I hate the fact the Paradox uploader truncates steam descriptions. Update for 1.5.1 is out.
Quimera 13 Aug, 2020 @ 12:56pm
Could you post a list with all the changes in-game pls? TY
