Rifle Forces :
IS-2 USED to have 320 dmg. but SLOW reload. So equivalent to 160.
IS-2 has 122mm.
Tiger 2 has 88mm.

Used to means in the past they did. Not anymore :)
I'd love to have T34/76Z, OT-34 and T34/57 :)

Sorry, Tiger 2 now has 240 damage and a good firing range.
IS-2 has 160 damage. Better let them do 240 damage.

T-34-76 and T-34-85 let date the improvement of OT-34 or Shielding armor.

IS-2 used to have tons of armor, and do 320 dmg with huge splash (but horrible reload speed). Was historical. Germans complained.
Now it loses it's armor, it loses 50% of it's damage, and now it loses it's splash.
Reasons :
- We are reducing it's splash because it has too much armor.
- Also reduce it's armor.

I think if they're going to IS-2 into a Tiger, then they ought to make
the T34/85 have Panther stats and be non-doctrinal.

What? I thought you didn't care about historical accuracy :)

Rifle Forces [RU] : The 120mm blast was reduced to 80 like regular Mortars (used to be 120?) because German players said it was op and needed to be nerfed hard. They also made it to be -1 man so it would die easier. And a few ohter things. Like remove it's precise shot ability, also made it take 1 vet to get flare. It's not about logic.
- Soviet Sniper used to be Mosin Nagant 7.63mm
- New Soviet Sniper uses SVT40 (7.63mm)
- British sniper uses boys Mk1 .50 cal (14.5mm)

Guards and Penals get PTRS-41.
Penals can use it to stun vehicles.

Why when we arm PPSh-41 for Conscript, they don’t get the replacement of Koktel Molotov with a Grenade ?? It costs 60 ammo.

That's how many times I play in the first part of the Company of Heroes Eastern Front.
There is done very well and competently than the developers.
We don’t get an improvement for the USSR Tanks, We can’t stop the enemy’s equipment with the help of the PTRS-41 (And British snipers “without ability” stop the tanks for 1-2 seconds.)
Why 120mm mortars do little damage if you can order a regular mortar.

There is no logic or balance in this game. But only stupidity

Do not waste your strength. Developed will only make Germans better than allies!
That would be replaced by M3A1 BA-64 and an improvement on the BA-64D.
And then why a few years ago the German armored car was the usual 221 (armed with MG-42) and then made a permanent 222 (now armed with a 20 mm KwK 30) ???

Also can not make an improvement in Soviet technology (for example Tanks.) And change the characteristics.
That's why the ISU-152 with a 152mm gun does 240 damage by technique? and German tanks "YagTiger Modification B" deals 320 lv even though it costs 128mm, and Elephant costs 88mm and also deals 320 damage.
Why IS-2 deals 160 damage when it has a 122mm gun installed and the range is weak. And tigers are becoming more and more powerful.

counter barrage is no risk high reward... su85 needs rotation speed.. panzer 4 j's target size shouldnt get reduced because of its role as a tank destroyer not a medium tank...jacksons 130 armor was to much for a p4? soviet m3scout cars machine gun need to be the strength of a coaxial machinegun on a medium tank... soviet 120 is weak need buff...

İts very axis leaning patch. Most proably made by dane. Now ost is super strong and jackson get nerfed for killing all usf capacity to stop axis armor. British changes are good though. Okw buff are logical and good. But Ost buffs are very very bad and will be game killing.

You get this buff rather lately since you need the T3 building (will mostly be effective in 3v3 and 4v4 games). Then, it's around 2 less MP to reinforce squads. The increased capture rate it nice indeed, but it doesn't change it's still 4-men squad than can quickly die by arty, sniper, tank shot and such. It will indeed help when a third victory point is heavily contested, but the infantry itself isn't better (and isn't that good in the first place compared to other factions that can have 5 or 6 men squad).

Axis didn't really get buffed... Fallschirmjaeger don't have panzerfaust anymore, 251 half-track got reworked (less range but direct vision, can't tell how is the tradeoff), and the change for the ostheer is a tradeoff as well since they will need even more time to get their first tank (phase 2 costs more). The reduced reinforcement cost and increased capture rate for infantry comes late (unless you rush T3, in which case you'll have your first tank lately) but sure will help in late game with the MP bleeding from these 4-men squad (panzergrenadier aren't affected by reduced MP though).

Other than that, I mostly see nerf (remove of a "Panzer Commander upgrade", Panzerfusiliers grenade range boost from vet 2 removed ) or tradeoff (Puma tech requirement replaced by CP).

Jacksons can't even survive a 4 shreck volley and now you nerfed its armor further. At least reduce the fuel cost or pop cap. It's too punishing to use.

yea i must agree on one thing with outlaw. relic should make compleatly NEW unit's insted of copying unit's and caling them new. relic has allot of cut content like the panzer 3 and the t26. and they could make new model's and new animation's . relic definitly has enoght content in house to probobly make a new faction or unlest a commander for each faction.

I'm about to purchase the ultimate edition of Call to Arms even though it is not on sale.

Because developers that listen to their fans deserve money.

That's $50 I could've given to Relic but instead you're a bunch of f*ckwits.

5 Streamers do not represent the thousands and thousands of players that have money ready to spend, desperately hoping for a new strategy game.

It's 2020.

You have had so much time and money that there is just no excuse anymore for your lack of strategy games and content.

After seeing what solo devs can do with nothing but the sniff of some thermal paste and a dream, you really have no excuse.

Air Landing Officer was great where it was.

This new Officer is out of place, and the ability you gave him is the same as other abilities from other faction's officers.

Once again reinforcing my opinion: that you're making Brits like everyone else for the sake of "balance" rather than explore new opportunities and uniqueness.

THE BRIT MEDICS DON'T EVEN WORK.

Most stupid f*cking unit ever, just delete it wtf.

The auto heal range on them is so f*cking small, if you have your medics at base and retreat another unit, if that unit doesn't retreat to exactly where your medics are standing then they will not auto heal at all. You have to waste precious micro manually healing your units. I might as well just use tommy sections. This is a pointless f*cking addition that no Brit Main ever needed. At least if you're going to have medics then make them like all the other medics. No one wants to use that trash unit.

It's 2020 for Christ's sake, there is no excuse for the stranglehold that is placed on Strategy games. Buff the British properly, stop messing with minor statistic adjustments which make them feel like everyone else and give them back their uniqueness! Jesus, you even keep the text from missing abilities on the HUD still (such as forward assembly auto garrisoning emplacements around it), how the f*ck are players supposed to know you changed it if it still says it's there. Make new units, make new models, stop taking all of our money so you can roll it into a fat wad and shove it up our ass.

Buff Brits properly you goons. ADLER is correct. You've stripped out the unique feature of factions such as the Brits: "garrison 17 pdr" and added nothing except a balance which makes Brits the same as all the others. You have abused Brits so bad they barely even feature in any tournaments or streams. And on that note, STREAMERS do NOT represent the rest of the community. What works for them may not be in the best interest of everyone else. And also where the hell is development for CoH3? No one wants to play that Iron Harvest garbage, we all know it's because you don't have the balls to put WW2 in a strategy game again.

I would far rather you fixed the base game bugs instead of continually fecking with things. Tweaking one thing to just have to tweak another. If this game has not been able to find ballance in 5 years then just leave it alone. The nations are different, they need to be played differently, & you need to counter them differently. Seriously... you are just bugging out the game worse with these updates. The collision boxes on infantry has been a disaster! Annimations come & go as who-ever adjust things is incompitent! Even features are disappearing because you break them... like units in the UK AT Emplacement. Just fecking STOP!!!!!

According to the description version 1.2 is a "hotfix of 1.1". Which, I guess, must mean it fixes some bugs or glitches and no real change in terms of the balance.
