It's been a long time since I've felt such joy as when I figured out how to climb onto a road overpass. I've always wanted to visit it (The fifth level has too short a stretch of road). The level content is excellent, a spider crawling around the museum at the beginning, Mental signs, new courtyards. I was very pleased with the purple falling antennas \ teleports ... whatever it is, cut from BFE. I was also very surprised when the EDF helicopter started shooting at technopolyp. A very cool remaster. Waiting for an update!

@tayzor a lot's been going on, not on the mod in question, just a lot happening in life that has been chipping away at my sanity

one day this mod will be returned to, but I have to finish up a few other things first

Just played it and finished on Serious! I really enjoyed it. You've done a really good job at remastering the game without killing the spirit of the original BFE. I also really like the little touches here and there like the friendly helicopter destroying the bad one in Broken Wings. The new secrets are fun and exciting to search for and the new skyboxes look wonderful. Keep up the good work and I really hope you remaster the entire BFE campaign!

i played it on serious and was pretty ok...i rly liked that little touch where the technopolip shows up and then a friendly chopper scares him away...rly loved your little touches,i also see you were a bit insipred by the broken wings demo for vanilla bfe.Gj.If you could fix up the optimization...that would be great.

Single use halfed ammo would be the best one imo. 1 use that gives 25 rockets/ 5 C4s. Except those parts where you need a lot of C4 to blow up walls in underground section, to blow up Sphynx and for Khnum boss fight.

@Laki: yeah, I want to minimize the presence of ammo crates, or at least change how they work in-game. Maybe making them single-use and providing less ammo overall.

I replayed this on Serious. And man is it hard. It's like I expected it to be from BFE Serious when I bought BFE so many years ago. I hope I see such stuff on other maps too!

Please optimize the broken wings leve,fps drops are pretty much constant from start until you reach the medina/corridor fight

It doesn't take a professional developer to remaster a level. Take a look at Black Mesa, and what they did to the old Half-Life 1 levels. Take what there is, and flesh it out to something amazing. You've done some really good work so far, so no pressure, just do what you can. It's all anyone can expect. :)

My only criticism for this is that, I've been modding my own game (stat stuff) for years to get the game to play the way I want, but I can't use any of that since this map uses custom enemies and stuff. Small criticism, and I don't think it'll affect the majority of players like it affects me, but I felt it worth mentioning. Thanks again. :)

When someone asks me why I think Fusion's new physics system sucks ass I'll just show that Pylon Pass key part. I know how to get up there to the key but the physics suck sooo much.

Judging by the city level alone you made secrets, gameplay and layout a lot more enjoyable. Also I like how you made enemies come in level by breaking walls and how you aren't overdosed with Shells like in vanilla bfe. And last thing, thank fuck that there are ss1 styled doors finally. I'm going to play the second level now but I already know it's going to be good and I can't wait for more of this mod.

Was caught off-guard a bit with this mod. It has its own defined enemies, so my default replacements wont replace any of them.
