Can you use them on the street light replacer

They look like Interstate 4 street lights

@dez01 I wish I knew what I was doing because I'd be so willing to help! I don't know much about poly's, but i've downloaded other modder's streetlights where the filesize is ~1 - 1.5 MB and the asset remains visible from a much further distance away. I just have no idea what any of that means :/. For 'shorter', I meant height! :). The style of light in CT is high like you've modeled, but as you get into NJ, they seem to have a light mounting height closer to 20-25ft rather than 35'. I'm not complaining either way i'm gladly using most of your assets, just thinking out loud and hopefully not getting myself in trouble.

@bcberbert Glad you like them!I have a super short version already out with a 3.5 foot arm, similar to what you might see on the helix to the lincoln tunnel, single and double style. Just search my workshop folder, its all streetlights in NYC, long Island and NJ so far.

As for higher quality models, my original model in 3dsax is over 3000 polys, but I keep getting warning messages and speed reductions in game whenever i try to use it. I'm more than willing to release the models to a asset creater who knows what they are doing!

so glad I found these. I've long wanted to replicate the NJ turnpike style. I don't suppose there's any change you'd release a shorter version? Also not sure if its my computer or the model but the detail on these drops very quickly when zooming away, the file size seems fairly small so maybe they can be made a smidge more hefty? Either way, thanks for all the great work!!

@Bluephear, Glad you like it and Yes I'm working on a west cost model as well, but my poly count is way to high with that one. Trying to keep everything under 1000 polys so maybe next week! Office work has been swamping me lately!

Love it! Been waiting a lifetime for these, now my city will feel more American! By any chance are you planning on creating a curved arm version of this? or a large upsweep style used in California and much of the American southwest?
