Is there any way to see a list of previous epithets for your civ in a game or even that of other civs?

Every leader here is named "The Pacific", even warmongering and conquerors of cities...

This mod, combined with dynamic civ names, adds more flavor and depth to the game than any other DLC, expansion, or mod.

And it's especially incredible for the sort of historical TSL map roleplay.

Been playing a game as Scotland: Pictish Tribes became a Pictish Chiefdom then the Republic of Alba, and because of Scotland's production boost for happy and ecstatic cities my leader is always Robert Bruce "the Beloved."

Yes.... I find out that my previous mentions about Epithet is missing is because have mentions about choosing a Tier 3 government or higher (without Rule with Faith), and because of I was already in one of these tier government. But weird that only disappear when entering new era because I still got it these title with Democracy if not entering new era yet (Maybe I'm wrong).

@Navy_Paladin - If you're using Nomina, you won't get an Epithet if you're in Communism, Democracy, Corporate Libertarianism, Synthetic Technocracy, or Digital Democracy since they sort of clash with the titles. I'm happy to give instructions on how to change that however if you'd like.

Are we no longer gain new Epithet when reach tier 3 Government? In a recent game's, I had the Rich title but when I switched to tier 3, I no longer see the title.

@mastodonmk2 - If you still have the save game, you may be able to play a turn or two of it and the new lua log may have some useful info in it.

@mastodonmk2 - Is this from the first turn of the new era or has it been around for a couple of turns? If you can copy the lua log into a pastebin and share it I can try and see what might have happened.

Well. I have finish the test with Epic 750 turn, it's work fine with both this mod and Nomina (as well as custom title). You will get one of these epithets when enter new era. Save and Load is work fine.

However, I have find some weird bug on one of leader (which is human player) didn't show any Epithets title in the future era.

I don't know if this is work well because this leader have major possible epithets are razed a dozen of free cities after owner of these city have denounce her, too much good at everything, enter heroic age after fall into a dark age, it's future era. I don't know if this is rare bug to happen since most of leader is work fine.

@cbalabanick - Yep! When the game changes eras (AKA when you get to pick an age dedication) all leaders should get a new epithet.

okay and when are they expected to happen? each era?

@cbalabanick - They'll show up when you mouse-over your leader portrait in the top right, and also when opening the diplo screen for your own leader (as seen in the pictures above).

@Moyocoya - The mod should already be available in French - if it's not showing up for you, I'll have to take a look and see why the files aren't loading properly.

I think it would help to translate your mod in french, which i'd be glad to do. The only problem is that you need to translate the epithet accorting to the gender. "Cléopâtre le bâtisseur" would sound wierdly... I don't know if a double translation could be done.

Fine mod ! But it would be great to have a "translation" ; what does it mean my neighbour is called "The Able" ? It could be interesting you upload a chart to explain each epiteth.

@Austin001 - this mod makes no adjustments to the UI files unlike my other mod, Nomina, which you may be thinking of. This mod should work fine with both Nomina and Sukritact's UI adjustments.

Does this work with sukritracts ui adjustments? I think there was another mod like this that caused problems but it has been a while.

@Mastodon - It should work with Nomina no problem! I've not tested with Rule with Faith, but there shouldn't be any conflicts with it except for its leader name-changing module. Definitely works with custom/modded civs though!
